Long wait in the drive-thru. My sandwich was hot, but my fries were cold. If my fries were hot, too. I would not have a complaint.

My burger was not like the Wendy's burger that I know. It was over cooked. Almost burnt 🍔 Wendy's burgers are Always juicy!!

One of the fast food places I actually don't feel terrible about eating. Their beef quality is better than most. They have a good lemonade variety, and of course their frosties are always a big draw. The fries aren't great unless dipped in the frosty - may sound weird but it's a nice mix of sweet and salty

Great for a quick bite. The staff seemed decent enough. The outside was clean as was the inside. The burger I ordered was fresh and warm. Even thought the prices have gone up over the past few years Wendy's is a better choice for lunch then Burger King and McDonald's.

The 103rd St location is pretty good, at least better than many others in the area. The burgers are not overcooked like in many other locations. They do have a bad habit of burning the fries and not salting them enough though and they are also usually out of one item of either food, condiment, drink, or drink holder.
Their food ordering screen is almost always functional, which I really like since I can confirm that my order was taken correctly. They also are very good about the burgers being made according to what I order. They are open until 2 am which is also really nice.
Overall, I do recommend this location!
