I dont comment on restaurants often but i had to and let everyone know our waitress Shelby was a delight. We came in last night and she was so polite and attentive. The food was really good as well!
I was surprised this location was so quiet as the service and food was exactly as expected. Now things have changed since last I remember, I don’t think I have done the kiosk. But it was quick and easy, the only problem this leaves is there is no one to assist in the dining area. But at this location I had no problem asking or waving someone down from the back. They were very friendly and quick to get you whatever you needed. The store was clean and everything looked well maintained. I got the cup chili with extra cheese and onions and they did a good job loading it up, I enjoyed the taste. My sister got a triple cheeseburger with fries, she said a bit ago they changed the size of their patties but the taste was there. I also liked the look of her fries so much I stole a few and was very happy with my fry thievery. I would definitely come back, maybe even this trip for more chili!

Food was alright, and the shakes very good, but the service was lacking and the place was sticky and dirty. Food was delivered quickly, which was nice. Also it was cheap
Came by for a Shake with the wife. Lucked out a d showed up for happy hour for half priced shakes. Peanut butter cup and mint chocolate chip were delicious
The young men working tonight at 9:49 pm were excellent. Professional as can be. 6 star experience.

I love steak and shake! Just went by the San jose location today and let me tell you something, CHEAP! I was thinking about doing five guys for lunch and almost passed out looking at the menu prices! So glad I went to steak and shake instead. Large combo meal 8 bucks!

I would have said this definitely two years ago. But today my daughter and my son-in-law and myself went here looking for the same service and good food that I remember two years ago. I realize our restaurants are short-staffed. And I feel bad for those having to cover for people that don't want to work. But this place needs help! The overall cleanliness of this place is needing some attention right away! The windows are dirty the floors are dirty tables are not cleaned and it took us an hour to get our order. The receipts that were printing out from the kiosk where you make your order wasn't even printing anything on the tape. I literally almost got up to find a broom and a dustpan and a rag to start cleaning the dining area. I really do pray that things get back to more normal and I can experience the wonderful dining I had experienced two years ago.
This is my first time at this restaurant and the customer service was wonderful 👍😊 Meakia and Reggie was very good I love my experience I will come back
