Pizza Hut

I don't know what has changed at this location! But thank god! I received the wrong pizza and when I called to tell them, the manager was so accommodating and apologetic. She gave me a few options for them to make it right! BTW their cheese sticks and apple pies are awesome and the driver was extremely nice and on time! Glad this location has finally got it together! ���

Had pizza hut after a long time. I ve had bad experience in the past with pizza hut. Pepperoni, bacon and meatballs. Didn’t think i would be giving 5 stars It was really good! Don’t wait until u get home with it. Eat it right out of the oven

I have always preferred Pizza Hut. My orders are always prepared properly. Food is always warm if not hot. The staff is always polite and friendly.

So I had stopped ordering from this Pizza Hut Location about 3 years ago because the service and quality was so terrible. However,  my kids really wanted to try the new Detroit Pizza, so I reluctantly ordered it for pick up. 2 Detroit pizzas, boneless wings and an order of hot wings. I also firmly requested the crust to be crispy( ran through the oven twice) and for the wings to be cooked hard as well. I picked up my order and headed home. Immediately when I got home, I noticed my hot wings were missing and upon eating a slice of pizza, realized that the crust was doughy/undercooked. The old me would have called agitated and demanding a refund, but for some reason I just took my loss and made a mental note to NEVER order from them again. NOW here is the twist, about an hr later the MANAGER called, I missed the call but if I could post a voicemail I would. Yes, the manager called me and left me a voicemail sincerely apologizing stating that he may have got my order wrong and asked that I please call him to make it right 😊 Christian, I believe is his name you have no idea the smile that you put on my face. It's not about the Pizza or the money but the sincerity and thoughtfulness of you reaching out to me first. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years from any fast food chain and I just want you to know that you are greatly appreciated as a person. Thank you for personally acknowledging the error and also for replacing my order. This Pizza Hut should be extremely glad to have you and it was a pleasure speaking with you today😇

Online order for Pzone to this location. Great experience with crew (MOD). The wait wasn't long. The food was very appetizing. Good flavor and presentation was spot on Ordered pzone before from another location and it wasn't a good experience. Used to order from this location before when it was closer to me and typically had great experiences. Haven't been hear in over a year and still having good experiences. Consistency is great!

I just want to say that tonight I had a great experience. I got the big box deal with the 2 pizzas, cheese stix, and boneless wings. Well got my order and got home and opened the box with no boneless wings. I called the man that answered the phone handed the phone to the manager who was so pleasant and got everything takin care of. I went and picked up my missing wings and he gave me a double order and was so sweet and kind. So tonight they did great even though I could see they were sooo busy.
