I love going to Chili's with friends! The food is great and plenty of different things to choose from. Our server, Tyler, was awesome. He even went out of his way to make my favorite cocktail, the Jamaican Paradise, which is not on the printed menu. Good parking, and ambience.
Went last night here, honestly this place is not as great as it was compared to a few months prior, from the food, service and cleanliness. They seemed to be understaff, nonetheless, considering that I feel like we got the best service that we could. Our waiter was very busy, she checked up on us and her tables when she got a chance, she was very nice. We got their right before it got steady busy, and some tables near us didn’t get their drinks after nearly 15-20 minutes of waiting. The food was not as great, a couple plaints, but overall we were satisfied. The wall next to us that separates the booths from the other side was very dusty on top, and other little minor things. In general I would recommend somewhere else after that experience, hopefully things improve later on.
I come here pretty consistently. Food is always good. Picking up a to-go order can take a while, though, the food will be on a shelf in front of you, but the employees get backed up with other stuff.
The only thing I would change is the quality of the burgers. The burgers taste good, but more than once, I'll get home and open the to-go container only for the burger to be disassembled for some reason.
Awesome job on Xmas eve. Just needed a quick refuel for the rest of the day, and they did not disappoint. Staff was killing it. I think the GM was even in there working the floor
Last three times our crew has been there for lunch, it was fast friendly service and the food was awesome! Mushroom swiss burger is always perfection and my usual go-to, my boss loves the quesadilla explosion salad, and the shrimp tacos I tried today are my new favorite!
Visited Chili's after a few years. It is what you'd expect from this type of casual dining.
We both ordered from 3 for me. "An old Timer" a large hamburger with lettuce tomato onion a large serving of fries, small salad and a soft drink for $9.99 is a great deal. It was a good lunch. We also ordered bacon and chicken quesadillas. Very large portion, plenty left to take home, potato soup which was very good along with a soft drink for $13.99.
The service was good provided by Kayla.
We dined at an odd hour (3pm), so I wasn't sure what to expect since staffing would not be at 100%.
I was happily surprised! Wait staff (just 1 guy) was phenomenal. Our food was quick, hot and delicious.
The Santa fe shrimp salad was delicious

All ingredients were fresh
It really exceeded my expectations

Honestly I haven’t ate at a Chili’s in a long time. Food was just never right. Tonight while working late out of town, hoping I find a place with an open kitchen, there’s Chili’s. So I stop in. Fairly slow but a full bar for an idle Tuesday. Joe, a local, welcomes me a chair. ‘Chelle keeps the beers cold and I ordered the 1/2 rack ribs with dry rub. Totally fall off the bone and the roasted corn and loaded mashed potatoes were rockin’.
Looking for a new local spot of the main chain sort, this is a good place to start.
This location is ok.. hit or miss on servers and the wait can be long at times. Their to go almost always has something missing from your order. This particular instance, the service and food were great!
