Best Chinese delivery I have found so far! The quality of the food is much better than other places near by I have tried. I would recommend the general tso's chicken or the sweet and soup pork.

I've been to many Chinese restaurants (haven't we all?) but I have to say they are quite tasty and up at the top of my list of places to go. Their eggrolls are delicious and their Curry Shrimp is awesome.
This is my second time getting my family dinner from here and everything was wonderful once again! Nice big portions, great flavors and my order is always correct. No matter how many things we order everything is hot and fresh! Definitely my new go to Chinese takeout. Thank you guys for all you do:)) Edit to add my most recent visit: Owner is funny& very nice! First time going since the new ownership. Been too long since I've been when it was Grand Asia to properly compare the two but I can atleast recommend this place if you want solid portions and price. Flavors didnt wow me but I intend on coming back to try more. For me, my wife, and 7 year old I got three seperate combos; bourbon chicken, chicken lo mein, and orange chicken. The first notable thing was how heavy the bags were and it shows. Definitely have leftovers. My kid gave the lo mein a 5/5. Bourbon chicken didnt have that little char I look for but it did have a nice veggie blend with it. Zucchini, carrots and green peppers were a nice change of pace and welcomed. Only had a piece of orange chicken. It was alright. Guy at the window was friendly and chill. Pretty big menu and for 32 after tax, I feel I got my money's worth. Interested to try something different when I go back!
This is one of the best local Chinese restaurants in the city. This is not fast food, but there is a drive through service.The food is always cooked to order, so there is a short wait of a few minutes depending on how large the order is. The ingredients are prepared fresh. I was shown the actual fillets before cooking and was not disappointed with the flavor. This restaurant is family owned and run for many years now. Every person is friendly and helpful, so I feel well taken care of whenever I visit.
I didn't know it existed. A startup, private, needs yard work to expose it more. The inside is closed to the public so drive through was used. Friendly, personable staff. Time from order to in car under 10 minutes. Food was plentiful and very good. First time there but I will go back often.
Better than the best! Good portions, polite service. Great attitude, patience when we don't know what we want! Awesome.
Im a very avid asian cuisine fan. Tried this place a few min. Ago. They have good prices,good food,and they also deliver. P.s. their cream cheese egg rolls are the💣

I've ordered from Rice and Wing three times now in the past 2 months thanks to DoorDash. I've never had a problem with any of the dishes I have ordered for myself, and you would think that if someone had as severe an issue as the one stars below they would actually contact the restaurant versus leaving a review....
I do wish that the rice and sauces were a bit more seasoned, but everything I've ordered has been hot and fresh with generous portions of protein. You don't have to worry about rationing your bites to include some beef or chicken, it's in there!!
It's one of the better fast Chinese food options in Jacksonville and I will continue to order and support them. Overall, it's reasonably priced for the value. The gentleman who works the drive thru I believe is the owner (tall man) and has always been incredibly charming, friendly and HELPFUL!

I visit Jacksonville FL a few times a year. This is my go to place for my Egg roll cravings. I love their egg rolls so much I do orders of 30 -50 egg rolls at a time when in town.they always put more in than I order. Excellent service ! They remember you after about 2 visits especially if you have an unusual type order such as mine. Fast friendly, appreciative of customers. Food is very good!
Now new owners, 100% better than the old ones and the food is 100% better too. If you're looking for some good food come here they are great 👍 .
