Good customer service fast service good experience
They cared if I needed anything. Even bought it to my table I was at I didn't even have to get up. They asked me how was everything & how'd the food taste. I am very pleased with my experience here.

The best Krystal in town by far . All of the others are falling off . This is not the best part of town but their service and food was way better than the service that we get from the Krystal on the westside . Food was fresh and workers were great . I will make the drive to come to this one any time !
Not really sure how good it was. I was a little woozy from the club. It got the job done though. I’m grateful for that.
The same as it was 50 years ago. Little burgers of goodness with onions, mustard, and the prized pickle. The fries are not my favorite as I prefer steak fries. Not a bad choice every now and again.
Food was good. Prices ok. No problems or concerns today.
This Krystals, has had by far the best customer Service, very pleasant and fastest service I've had in a long time. After I drop my boys off to school in the morning, I always stop by for something. There's not one cashier that I've encountered that wasn't pleasant. It's one Caucasian woman in particular that works mornings and she is absolutely AWESOME! I asked her name, I wrote it down and still managed to lose the paper when my boys detailed my car. I give this place 10 stars. Their awesome!
WHEN I TELL YOU THEY WENT DUMB WITH THE STRAWBERRY SHAKES they were soooooo GOOD and we got them fast people were polite and we order 2 chesse krystals and they SMACKEDDDDD THEY WERE fresh and hot we was so GLAD THEY SHAKE MACHINE WAS UP 🙂🙂
Two employees were very friendly. Very apologetic for the extended wait time. At the end she still gave me a smile. Krystal's very good and the Sweet tea outstanding.
