This quirky little gem is totally worth driving across town for!!!... Finally a place to get quality breakfast food, that is not a chain restaurant!!.. Thank you my Pesto Sammy was definitely the best!!.. I will be back!

We really loved it here. Jacksonville hasn't been our favorite city to live in, but little gems like this make it a much better experience. We love supporting local businesses and this will be a regular spot. Their bread and coffee are amazing. The crust on the garlic pesto sandwich (add the avocado, it's worth it) has the best crunch. I wish we had noticed the gardens before sitting down to eat. The atmosphere in the back is relaxing and almost makes you forget where you are for a bit. The customer service was fabulous, too. It's nice to see more kindness in the area.

Absolutely amazing place!! Everything is fresh and baked local. The ingredients are clean and sooo tasty. All the items we got were so good…the cream cheese and apple butter (fresh made) was a flavor explosion! Also the customer service was top notch and incredibly friendly and made our first time feel welcoming and warm! Will be going back for the high quality food and customer service!! (Also the tea is fantastic)

Hands-down my favorite spot in Jacksonville! This bakery is sourdough based, and nearly every item and ingredient is locally sourced! Every detail of this spot is cute- from the building colors and design, to the outdoor garden dining area! I have enjoyed many of the bakery items including my favorite: the Guava cream cheese danish. I could not recommend this Local Gem enough.

Enjoyed the avocado toast with poached egg and loved the croissant, but the baguette was a bit hard for my taste. Excellent service. My order was carry-out.

Dine in or outside, order at the register. The food and bakery goods are yummy. This is a serve yourself and bus your own table kind of place. A fun place to have Sunday morning breakfast. Get there early before it’s busy. I beat the rush and it still took a while to get my food.

Lovely Neighborhood Bakery and Breakfast/Lunch spot! Peaceful inside and out with the most amazing sourdough bread baked fresh daily. Love coming here for the teas and coffees also. The best part though.... The incredible staff! Always smiling and happy.

Great locally owned bakery offering breakfast and lunch. Eclectic cafe with indoor and outdoor seating and delicious coffee, lattes, pastries, and sandwiches. This place has a great neighborhood vibe and their bread is amazing!!

This place has the absolute best sourdough bread I've ever eaten and is such a gift to Jax's lean baking scene. Rosemary-garlic and Cheddar-jalapeno are great but my favorites are the classic wheat and white loaves, in that order. They run out pretty quickly on weekends so get there early. If they have focaccia squares, DO NOT MISS!! I can never stop at one. It's a great spot to chill on a sunny morning.

Simply amazing bakery in the Murray Hill area of Jacksonville. The friendly staff are happy to answer questions about available items. Be sure to get the almond pull-a-part. It's simply one of the best pastries you'll ever have. While you're there grab a loaf of bread to take home - they feature different breads each day of the week.

Community Loaves is one of the best place for pastries and coffee in town! Friendly staff and always a fresh and delicious selection. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating as well. They make everything the same day and if it’s not made the same day, it’s put on clearance. Coffees are delicious. I always love the vanilla cappuccino. Cookies are to die for. Pastries are awesome. Staff is nice. Vibe is relaxing. Why have you tried this place yet?!

Great spot for coffee and pastries. This visit, I had the Apple croissant with iced latte. This place feels like home chillaxing.
