With a name like Junior's Famous Sandwiches, you better be able to to sandwiches famously well, and they do. It's a little off the beaten path, but if you find yourself close by, stop in and find out what they are famous for. I had the Camel Rider, the pita was fresh and not flimsy. I hate when I'm eating a sandwich and the bread falls apart, not to worry here. The rider is stuffed with meat ( not just filler like lettuce). I get the pasta salad because they said it was made fresh? It's good but a little bland for my taste. Last I get a large tea, and yes it's large, not like some places where you have to refill 5 times to make it through lunch. Junior's is a place you can expect fast, friendly service, good food, at a good price.

Good as Always. I stop into Juniors from time to time. Usually about once a week and I get the same thing. A Camel Rider a true home grown favorite for sure. I think Junior or one of his friends started making them here in Jacksonville. It is just a creative and fine tasting sandwich. The one thing I can say about Junior's is the sandwiches are made with the freshest ingredients from the meats to the bread it all taste like it was baked in the back. Now I have ventured off key lately and ordered the meatball sub and a regular sub and they both were large and tastie as the rest of the menu. Let me tell you the meatball sub was huge and slap packed with meatballs and not the ones out of a can either. This was one pf those subs that you eat during working hours so you can get some on your shirt and you don't care. It's messy but really good. So nexttime I'm in Junior's maybe I'll see you there or maybe not but I'll be eating something good I can assure you.

February 26, 2009 - I went to the grand opening today I ordered oyster rockerfeller and Blackened shrimp ,both were fantasticwe had the crabcakes also Everything we ordered was fantastic. I wanted to tell everyone about this new restaurant. The people there were so friendly everyone was smiling. we were greated at the door as we walked in. The place was so clean .I give this place a AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++
Juniors is FABULOUS. I just stopped by Juniors to get away from the standard subway fare and see what this local legend is all about. The service was superior and the food was unbelievable and inexpensive. I have never given a restaurant a review but I have to recommend this one.
The same owners are opening Juniors Seafood next door on February 26th. I cannot wait to taste the food and sample the wine!
Absolutely love places like this! From the moment I walked in door I was treated like an old friend - even though it was my first time there! Just a great atmosphere. They had everything a sandwich shop should have. The macaroni salad is fantastic! I also had their chili. Outstanding!
I will definitely make this a regular stop in the future.

Great locally owned family business that serves breakfast all day. Abraham was pleasant and accommodating and makes the sandwiches at your request. They have a good selection on sandwiches and some other things such as frito chili pies and homemade desserts and cherry limeade.
Junior's is a great sandwich shop. Family owned and operated, many great options. Try the cherry limeade!

A good family spot. The staff is courteous. I got to meet the mom AKA Mrs Sam a few weeks ago. Portions are affordable. I hate that they close around 9:00 or 10:00 at night. I wish they would be open until 12:00
