This was there last night open at this location 😔. I wish I would have taken a picture of the young man preparing the orders. He was working so hard to get everyone 's order. I hope they appreciate how hard he was working by himself. He need a raise!!!! The line was wrapped and he was moving non-stop. I am going to miss everyone. They will be on Dunn 😀.
Something was up with the drive thru causing chaos. I went inside and was able to get my app order made. They cooked onion rings fresh. Food was good.
His team all had excellent manners, were very professional, and paid careful attention to the details.
I had a great experience. I did not know what to expect so early in the morning. The cashier was great. She had a very upbeat attitude, she greated me with a smile and was very professional. Oh, and the food was fresh and hot.
Yes, I’m giving a Burger King 5 stars and yes I have a few reasons. 1st let’s start with clean which includes the doors, floor, counters and the work stations…yes folks clean!!!! I’ve gone there a few times and does it run smoothly 24/7 no but the service level at this location does not compare to any other nearby Burger King. Then comes the food, the meat taste real and doesn’t look like it’s been sliced. I can go on but the last most important fact the food is good and the wait times are excellent in comparison to the other fast food place across the way. Keep up the great work🎊🎉👍🏽✔️
Stop here for a Late Lunch today. I ordered the $5 your way meal Everything was Perfect The Nuggets were Hot The sandwich was Hot & The 🍟 Fresh. The customer service on the Drive-thru was over the top Wish I could get this on King Street. @ 3:25p.m. 8/3/22
Initially this place felt like it was going to be a disappointment when I was told that the milkshake machine was broken yet I could clearly see Frost formed on the lever action valves on the face of it. As I walked out to the vehicle to wait on my fiance to finish ordering her food and come join me so we can leave the manager Mr Wayne came out to inform me that the young woman who was taking our order had been informed earlier in the day that the milk machine was broken but that had been since fixed and nobody had informed her. He then proceeded to ask me if I would please consider rejoining my wife inside and allow them the opportunity to try and turn this dining experience around. I was so blown away by the fact that Mr Wayne who had done no wrong took responsibility and took the time to come and explain to me that there have been a mistake and where that mistake was made. Couple that with the fact that he apologized and asked me if I would return and give them a chance. I did even though I was skeptical, I did as he asked I gave him a chance and it was a home run this place wasn't too busy there was enough customers to make it feel homely but not overly packed and too excited inside. Mr Wayne manager at Burger King I applaud you and commend you for your over the top service and will be dining at Burger King more often in the near future. Thank you again to you and all your staff.
I finally got a chance to get a milkshake it was great special with the heat

Burger was just like I ordered. Fries were hot and fresh. Drive through was less than 4 minutes surprisingly. Restaurant is fairly new and moves rather quickly
