Great customer service. A bench inside to sit and wait and a few tables outside to sit on as well. Pepsi, Joe's lemonade or tea, and Hank's to choose from for drinks. Delicious food very flavorful. Love the vegan option and truffle fries. Delicious homemade garlic aioli sauce. Everything made fresh to order so it's a little wait.
Came by Eddis & Sons after getting a haircut next door. My barber recommended them, and I'm glad he did. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the classic cheesesteak with onions and cheese whiz, and boy was I in heaven! The meat itself was tender and juicy, the bread was toasted to perfection, and the onions were slightly sweet and mixed well with the slight saltiness of the cheese whiz. Overall, it was a very tasty meal! I would drop by again to try other things on the menu, but I wouldn't mind getting that delicious cheesesteak again.
It was my first time at this place. There’s no inside seating, which is disappointing. I went on a Saturday about 15 minutes after they opened. There was one person cooking and the other girl was doing fries, order assembly, and cashier. So needless to say, it was a long wait. I got the cheesesteak hoagie with fries. It was good, but I felt like I needed more seasoning on the meat. I’d go back!
Great cheesesteaks. The mascarpone cake was phenomenal. Doordashed, so I'm not sure about the service or atmosphere. We got our order correct and pretty quick.
Best Philly cheesesteaks in town. If that's what you are looking for for... Set your gps and go. Please note that each of the two sandwiches I bought weighted about 20ozs each. My first time here, I ate the entire thing and that required a nap afterwards as I was sooooo full. My second visit, I ate half and it was just as amazing as my first visit and I didn't overeat and need a nap. I added the peppers when I got home. I forgot to ask them for peppers when I was there.
Always looking for the best places for cheesesteaks beings that I’m from NJ. This cheesesteak and fries are by far thee best. Not visiting no other places. It’s worth the 25min drive to pick it up. One of the best parts is the cheese is mixed in with the steak not just thrown on top. Perfect Sub Ever❤️☺️
I've been to all the major Philly cheesesteak spots and we are very fortunate to have this restaurant here in Jacksonville. They nailed the bread which I think is the hardest part to get right outside of the northeast. Service was good, whiz was solid and cooked properly. My only gripe would be I think my sandwiches could have used a bit more meat to completely mimic the Philly experience but that could just have been me being really hungry too.
Easily the best cheesesteak i’ve had in the South. I felt like home when I took a bite of that jawn!!!The cheese oozed perfectly through the meat, the meat was nice and tender and soaked juices in the bun, the bun collected that cheesy, meat juicy collaborative bite that makes your tongue scream, and it was nice and hot. The fries were just as amazing, nice and crunchy with that soft, hot interior, then cooled down all that fire food with a juicy, cold water ice 🤤 11/10. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE AMOROSO ROLLS?! IF ITS NOT SERVED ON AN AMOROSO, IT CANNOT COMPETE!!! And is now my regular spot at any time 🔥🔥🔥
The best Philly cheesesteak in Jacksonville. I got mine with cheese wiz, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, cherry peppers, and chipotle peppers and it was very good. The truffle fries are huge. They have a good selection of Hank's sodas and chips.
These are the best cheese steaks I've found in Jacksonville. Great small family owned business, not much seating but the food is on point.
