This is a very busy place,as located by the mall.Very fast,friendly & efficient. It's interesting how this place manages to be nice, put out good food fast & always get my order correct,even when super busy. Other Mac's in the area could sure take a lesson from this place,as THEY do it right. 5 stars,all the way!

2.) balance shifts so people aren’t overworked
3.) ice cream please.
4.) why do some people swarm your restaurant sometimes and stall the line do y’all ever face problems up there..
5.) tell someone what has happened in your lines…
6.) if ya need help not job wise
7.) ask for some help tell them what customers do wrong

The food was hot and fresh. The service was a bit slow in the drive-thru. The girl at the first window seemed like she was having a bad day.

Under $9.00 breakfast treat included a large cinnamon roll served warm, egg and cheese biscuit, and hot coffee. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and food was hot and prepared as ordered.

Serving inside is less than expected however the food was hot and fresh. Repetitive confirmation is necessary when ordering. They didn't ask if we were eating in or leaving. He assumed we were leaving so there was no table service. Facility is very clean and comfy except for the hard plastic benches at the booth tables. If you're heavy, don't sit there or you gotta put your belly on the non movable tables set so close that thin short people have a hard time sitting there comfortably. Drive thru was moving quickly but again, it appears that the people inside are always put behind the drive thru's needs.
