I just moved to Jacksonville and this place is very convenient for me. My only difficulty (not their fault) is that it's a little hard to find. Once you're off the main road, the back of the building is what you see. And it's not marked very well back there. Even google maps can't seem to get it right. But, once found it's the typical great Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks. The lack of ambience is location. Usually crowded. Same quality of product you find at most of them. Staff is nice, often local university students- so don't forget to tip!

I love this location. The baristas are amazing and it didn’t take them very long to learn my name. I wish it had more lighting inside, but other than that it’s a great work/study spot!

I don't go to starbucks often. I went to this location to get coffee to surprise NY boss for a meeting. The drive through was packed, but inside was pretty empty besides some people working on their laptops. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole experience was efficient and seamless. Great team at this location!
