This store has the best customer service out of any tropical smoothie I’ve been to. After certain people left the store really leveled up! Leann the shift lead is amazing, she runs that store how she’s supposed a she has everything in order. 5 stars fo this place! ✌🏽😊
I have started coming here more often, it's on my way home from the gym. Convenient, fast, and quick meal. Download the app, scan receipts earn free smoothies, and do the surveys for discounted smoothies. Never had any problems or long waits. The staff has always been friendly.
Controlled chaos is best describes our first visit. First the parking at 1:30pm was a challenge as one visitor with a pickup truck and trailer took up 5 spots. Got inside and no seating due to the virus. Not everyone wore a mask and no wiping of the surface areas so 0 🌟 for that as well as past seating was pushed into the corners with a sign not to sit or use but people were leaning on and needed cleaning or removal. Menu Board is small difficult to read with hard to read descriptions and prices 3 🌟. At the time we entered our order for the Thai Chicken Wrap and 2 Smoothies the place began to fill and the 2 employees were struggling to keep up. 2 additional employees showed up and things got moving 3 🌟. Now the food. The filling for the Wrap was good but the Wrap was one tough hard to bite and chew so 4 🌟 for that. We ordered 2 Smoothies and both were as expected smooth and tasty so 5 🌟. Overall it was a good stop but not sure a real come back over and over for us.

They (Jordan & Cadan) made my food & smoothie super quick 30 minutes before they closed. Then walking out I hit the counter and spilled the smoothie all over the ground. They refused to let me clean it up and made me a new one immediately. These guys are legends.
Always five star for 20 some years I’ve been coming here! I love to use the app, earn points and walk in to my food always being fresh and ready with smiling faces! Don’t keep this hidden gem a secret!
Not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews on this place,about $6 for a smoothie the size of a 14 year old's forearm, i'm not one so soft as to get their feelings hurt by the wait time, nor the cashier or taste of the food,as long as i get it im happy.
Gil,tanner,crystal were very nice and cooperative while I had trouble thinking what I want food was amazing highly reccomend
I love this place. I could literally eat here every day. The smoothies are delicious and the food is healthier than other places. I appreciate the rewards program. As much as I eat here, I also reap the benefits of free smoothies. ❤️
Had a huge order at rush hour!! They were quick, order was right, and service was 5 stars. Everybody smiling and courteous...that's awesome character during a stressful time!! Great employees representing a business!
