I tried the sampler on my 1st visit. Waited 12 minutes by drive-thru. Friendly service on a Saturday afternoon.

My family of four get the 10pc fish family meal with fires and green beans as the sides and coleslaw as an extra side and 4 large drinks. (Sometimes we get dessert too, but not this time.) The staff was friendly and answered our questions. They were constantly moving to clean, restock, take orders, cook, etc.
Sadly, during this visit the bathroom was unavailable but is usually kept clean.

Man I came here thinking I'd have really bad customer service but instead I received the exact opposite. Austin took my order and he was so sweet, efficient and patient. And Brii met me at the window and was very cheerful and welcoming. If she's not a manager,maybe she should be....

Food was good and served quick. There was some miscommunication when ordering a 10-piece shrimp dinner and was entered as a 2-piece shrimp dinner at twice the price. I would have thought the person taking the order would have recommended a 10-piece instead of a 2-piece if it cost half the price. I guess you can't have high expectations for fast food workers these days.

Took my family to the drive thru last night. I havnt had such excellent service from anywhere, much less a fast food place, in years. Nia was an absolute delight 😊 She was so sweet taking my order and didn't rush me like most places. She deserves to be making 15$ an hr. Most employees don't. She would make an outstanding manager. Also the food was fresh, tasted amazing, and was not to expensive. Thank you Nia!

It was busy but the young Lady running the dtive thru and the front counter by herself. She was unstoppable. She did it and with a grand smile on her face. Janiya needs a raise.
The food was hot and right on time..
Only complaint is that they did not have any cups for drinks..
