Great location, clean, the employees are nice and helpful, food is always good and fresh. Their app rewards program is amazing. A must stop location if you are in the San Jose area.

Phillies cooked right in front of you with basic options, but prepared freshly right in the Avenues Mall foodcourt.

Dana and Dustiny knew how to take my wife order. Online stated vegetarian sub but when we got there took 15 minutes and two remakes to not put meat on the cheese streak. Jalapeños cheese steak I order got home it was regular cheese steak. This place been open for 4 days. Can they get it right?

Located inside the mall in an upstairs food court. Service was quick and as usual, the Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious.

The most Dee-Lish steak sub since I’ve moved to Jax in 1993. Close to the Philly cheese steaks I used to get in Baltimore at Captain D’s!!!
