This spinach omelet was everything I needed. Iron was low and I was going without eating meat so this was a great omelet. I added salsa for a tang! So good. Will order again

Location was slammed when we arrived. Staff handled it superbly. Got everyone seated with no problems. Friendly staff and servers. Dameshiana was great.

My family and I came in tonight for my son’s birthday dinner. Like some other reviews, there were t any cars parked in the front of the building so we weren’t sure it was open. We went inside and sure enough, it was empty, but our server Kiki came around the corner to help us right away. With 3 young children, things were bound to get hectic, but she stayed patient through our entire stay. Food was out quick and the family was happy.

Went for the pumpkin pancakes. Sad the IHOP experience I remember isn't like it used to be. I remember multiple syrup choices on the table. I am sure if you request them they have them. The server was amazing, very attentive and she knew what I wanted even though I wasn't sure. I appreciate the simplicity and variety.

Every year (2010-2014) our Drill Team would stop here and eat breakfast on our way to the National Drill Team competition in Daytona. Outstanding food and service. Thank you from the Jackson-Olin High School Drill Teams (Birmingham, Al) and 1SG Williams.

My friends an I meet there for breakfast and fellowship. The service was excellent, and the food was cooked to order and delicious. We will continue to come there and also it was clean.

We came here at 3 am after dancing all night and let me tell you they are really amazing. The staff was attentive and helpful. Food was great and there were a lot of other people there. Our server told me it was cheaper to have a side or pancakes with my egg sandwich and I was very appreciative.

IHOP is consistently delicious, with the exception of several over the 30 years I've lived in Jacksonville. The IHOP on Atlantic had the best servers and when Michael was let go in early 2000 we no longer went to IHOP: we followed him to the hotel in San Marco. I have an amazing son who wanted to go to IHOP. Obviously we went and my experience was "consistently" delicious and extra special because my GoldenChild found it scrumptious!

The food itself was good , but the server really wasn't on her game. She's lucky I'm a passive person or she wouldn't have gotten a tip at all. I had to flag down another server to bring me utensils to eat with.
