Just had my son's birthday party here today. Our ladies doing the party were so sweet and accommodating to any changes we needed. All the staff was friendly that we encountered and the kids had a blast playing games and eating pizza. I personally felt the price you pay for what you get for the birthday packages are a good deal now a days.
It's pretty much a kid's Dave and busters. It's all arcade games plus some riding games for little ones. The place was clean. They stamp you and your children with a number that they check before you can leave. They will not let children out the door without the adult code matching. My children had a great time. The mouse comes out multiple times during our 2 hours to dance with the kids which was cute to watch. The staff was really nice. We had cheese & pepperoni pizza and it was good.
Food isn't the best but the atmosphere is perfect for the kids! They love it! The new Chuck E Cheese (we used to go 25 years ago) is bright and clean. No theater show. They have large screens playing loud music showing Chuck dancing with kids. It's all modern. Very nice. No hands full of tickets, it's all on a card. They still have all the displayed items you get in exchange for the tickets you win. LOL But again, the kiddos love it! Clean bathrooms, clean tables. Lots of games to play. I saw a few oldies but goodies like the bowling game, and the coin machine that supposedly slides off coins as you put more in it. Kinda reminds me of Vegas how it's so lit up and not seeing outside. LOL But again, kids LOVE IT!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. It was clean and the food was much better than expected. The staff was friendly and "Chucky" make the rounds a few times, which made the children very happy. If another family event is hosted here, I will happily attend.
Kids had a great time, of course! Games were all functional, and the staff was pleasant. The Pizza was a little too garlicky and the salad bar needed fresh lettuce, as it was starting to brown, but plenty of cold options available. We’ll be back!
We went here for a birthday party. There was nobody at the front door when we arrived. There was also nobody at the front door when we left.
Both times it took someone at least 3 minutes (1min and 30sec to be more specific) to come to the door. The problem with this is that a child can be kidnapped less than one second.
I think someone's standing at the door is a huge factor in this business.
My 13 year old son had a decent time.
My daughter's enjoyed the birthday party as did I.
My 4-year-old eventually caught a tantrum so we left a little early.
You get to buy either minutes or credit.
When you win tickets the tickets are on the card therefore you shouldn't throw out your card
Your cards can be reused for the next visit which is what our family is planning to do.
All the food I seen looked absolutely delicious the bathrooms were also clean.
Kids and adults both love coming here! Fun games, good food, great atmosphere! We had a party here just before the pandemic and it was great! Since they've opened back up, we've been a few times and have enjoyed it again! A few games/rides could use an update...the carousel had broken metal sticking out which could be dangerous.

Kids had fun. That's what it's all about right? Played with many games with the game pass for 45 mins while pizza was being cooked. They were busy running around trying to play everything and having fun. We ordered a large cheese pizza and it came out scorching hot. I took a bite and almost burned my mouth. So I could just imagine what it would have done to the kids mouth. We had to wait about 5-10 mins for pizza to cool off a bit. Kids loved the "super extra cheesy" pizza. I tried to get fork and knife so I could cut it up for them and cool off quicker, but I went back to the cooks area and no one in sight and the front counter employee had a super long line. I didn't feel like cutting in. I'm surprised they don't have utensils out somewhere.
Pretty nice Chuck E's! First off, we have the summer pass and for some reason it wasn't allowing them to use it for us. The manager explained it was only for the site we purchased it at, too which we asked if it says that anywhere. He hooked us up with our hour anyway and came up to me later saying he checked into it and it does say that it can be used at any of them and apologized for system errors and that he had reported it to corporate. I thought that was a fine example of customer service as well being humble. I definitely appreciate that. In terms of the play place all the machines were working which was nice, we have visited so many that were "run-down", but this one seems to keep up on it!

A child's Dave and busters-like environment if you've never been to CEC. 2 HRS at this location and the child was knocked out soon as she sat in her car seat. The Food rated par, but the salad bar was not stocked as offen as it should've been. You'll find yourself looking at the bar to see when they put out more salad, like you're at a buffet looking for freshly made food. No complaint really, it's unreasonable or entitled people that makes the service drags. Other than that CEC is a place everyone should bring there kids at least a few times in a kid's life. People were kind employees, children and adults alike were kind, sharing and entertaining. Have fun... kids and parents if need be CEC server beer... an adult fyi.
