New menu states MAYO AND TOMATOES WILL BE PUT ON ALL SUBS. I ordered a sandwich, reading the ingredients, and was surprised to bite in to an Italian sub with mayonnaise. I did not see the new addition to the menu board that states mayonnaise will be out on all subs. That’s ridiculous to me. The manager explained they were trying their best to give feedback about how many orders they have to remake due to this change. I was so happy that they remade my sub, and commented about addressing the problem. Great customer service, and hopefully they get their menu changed back soon. Clean store, fast, efficient, and fresh ingredients were key! We will be back.
Accidentally placed a delivery right before closing; sorry, forgot to check! The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door. Absolutely amazing customer service from them despite the fault being on my end.

Mixed experiences at this location for order accuracy but the employees always strive to make it right which is why they still deserve the 5 stars. Delivery at lunchtime is busiest but still get the food within 30 mins, sometimes even faster. With the bad service/food that's been so common in food service industry post-covid its refreshing to see this location continues to put its best foot forward.
Nothing against the sandwich it's alright. N I always tip $1 so no real complaints. They r better than Jersey Mike's ridiculous prices. Alil better than Larry's price wise. All in all satisfied. Tea is awesome and so r the bbq chips

Definitely worth every penny
I’ve had some mixed experiences here, but I decided to stop in anyway and grab a #15 with pickles and grey poupon. I did not get big bro’s name, but I stopped in a few minutes before noon on a Saturday and received the most immaculately crafted sandwich. I almost went blind. A truly spiritual experience.
Went to this location for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter didn't provide excellent customer service and spoke in a low tone voice as well. I decided to have a cuban sandwich. The sandwich was okay. There was a lot of mayonnaise on the sandwich and hardly any mustard. Also, there wasn't enough ham and pork in it. This sandwich was a let down. Will not get this sandwich again.

I am impressed with this particular Jimmy John's.I habe had some pretty bad previous experiences, but this one interaction has changed my mind (at least about this location). The general manager was handing out samples and was just so courteous and helpful. He explained what each sandwich was and what the menu was like. Any questions you had were answered with great customer service and kindness. This man went out of his way to make sure you had the information you needed and what to expect from the sandwich shop. I would definitely go to this location over any other.
