My favorite Starbucks location by far!
The staff is friendly and the service is quick and efficient. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by name and the manager, Asher, always takes a few minutes to ask if I'm enjoying my food/drink. Even if I'm not in the area I go out of my way to order from this location bc the store is comfortable, always clean, and my order always tastes great. Thank you!
Love this Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly and this store is well managed by Roz. Coffee is excellent. I am from out of town and amazingly the staff remembered my name and coffee order after one visit. Store is clean and it has comfortable seating. Bravo to the staff and Roz for making this my favorite Starbucks.
I came into the store as they were getting ready to close, but the staff was still very polite and helpful! While I’m not typically a fan of cold brew, Kacey recommended one of the newer cold brews with cold foam, and it may be my new go-to!
And 5 stars for cutting down on plastic straws with the new lids!!
They ALWAYS get my order right. The best part is not only the cheerfulness of the morning baristas but the order ahead and pick up through the Starbucks app. Its always ready and waiting for me when I arrive and am in a rush to work. Thanks for brightening my mornings with coffee and kindness!
Great location, the staff is always friendly & personable. It will always be one of my favorite Starbucks as will be the St. Johns Towncenter location. I compare other Starbucks service I recieve here to see if they are keeping up with the high standards of theses stores. Happy to report most of them are. :)
This Starbucks doesn't have a drive thru, but that makes it even better. No getting stuck in drive thru traffic and they consistently make delicious drinks. The online orders are correct and timely, so getting in and out is simple. Love this location!
Awesome staff! After a long day of meeting and dealing with difficult, mean people I come to Starbucks and have the nicest person take my mother and I’s order! Starbucks, the employee name Tala deserves a big raise! She makes the best coffee and is the sweetest!
Good coffee and friendly people. When I asked about a vegetarian selection for a breakfast sandwich, the barista instantly recommended the spinach and feta wrap. Oh so delicious! I've been a customer here for years and will remain for life.
Love my Starbucks!! So happy they finally moved in a new building with a drive-thru window because it's not always convenient to have to go inside. I have had a pleasant experience with all customer service.
