Love Jimmy John's - quick service and tasty sandwich.
I have been twice already to this location. Both times, although the staff was obviously very busy, I was treated very kindly and received great customer service. My meals have been delicious as well. Love the chocolate chip cookie! 😋
I have downloaded the app because I believe I will be stopping by often when I am craving a sandwich.

Order at least twice a week from here for lunch. Every sub is perfect. They actually read what you want and don't want on it.
I've had 2 bad experiences at this location, both of which were over 2-3 months ago and due to delivery time, not food quality. Since then, I have had nothing but good experiences. I order for delivery every time, and have gotten my order anywhere from less than 10 minutes from the time it was submitted online, to about 15-20 minutes, and it is always accurate. I believe they must have had a staffing issue when deliveries were slow, now it seems to be fixed.
Edit to add: I am very impressed with the GM, Taylor and his customer service! I recently had occasion to need to speak to a manager and he handled the situation perfectly!

I frequent these guys and have the repeated success every time. The last time was a better than 5 star customer experience. I ordered pulled up to the drive thru and forgot my wallet! Embarrassed as it was they took great care of me and gave me my lunch and said catch us next time! I was amazed, not to mention hungry. Great service guys. Will see you soon.
I am thoroughly impressed. I had an unpleasant experience and unlike any other time I spoke up. To my surprise the corporate office reached out and apologized and promised to correct the situation. Then the following Monday the GM of this location called me and personally apologized as well. He also offered me a $10 credit on my next lunch, I was not expecting that. Now I did not want anything free nor did I request a refund but the corporate office also sent me a gift card to replace my meal that was not correct. Again I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service that was displayed by both the store and the corporate office. Thank you so much.

This is the best Jimmy John's in town and the fastest delivery from anywhere around here!!! I see some of these post saying they are slow but if you decided to order your food while everyone else is you going to have to be a little more patient. This store probably has 400+ delivery in just a 3 hour frame! Keep up the good work!!!
