Amazing place to eat. Appetizers were delicious, customer service was wonderful server was nice, polite and quick. Food was well priced for the size of the meal. We underestimated how much food we were getting which is a positive. The inside is beautiful, has a warm mood. 10/10 we will be back.
Food is always perfect💜 Today I ordered the General Tso Bento Box and it came perfectly packaged. Great presentation and great taste!
This is definitely my new lunch spot! I have two favorite sushi spots in Jax- one in Oakleaf and the other on Roosevelt. I have to tell you Sushi Factory has made my top three! The food was great and the price even better! I will definitely return!
This is a nice place to grab some sushi if your near Butler Blvd and Phillips highway. It wasn’t very busy when I went in there. Staff did a good job. Food was excellent. I was impressed with the wide variety of menu items.
I decided to go with the lobster and shrimp sushi with some hot sake. Everything was fresh and the wait time was short. Great food and excellent service. Give them a try
Wonderful service! The sushi was AMAZING. Some of my favorite rolls ever! They were all so kind, and so quick to serve. I highly recommend them! I will be returning!

Been to many places that serve food like this. This place has a very similar menu and spread but it has, for lack of a better word, more. Similar but has little tweaks to each thing to make it subtly different.

The sushi was fantastic. The wait staff needs to not be so overwhelming wanting to help. They did nothing wrong but there is a line from staring at me to wait for me to finish my food to takeaway my plate and being polite and seeing it empty. Nothing against them just a training issue. Love this place! The bento boxes are so good and this is one of the few places I’ve seen that offers them for dinner too. My go to sushi place in JAX.
I’ve actually been eating here since pre Covid but it was always delivery to my work. I ate inside for the first time today and it was really good - would def go again

Just my personal preference, i always get food to go, but in general the atmosphere is nice. I really like the food especially the spicy krab rolls. I have been getting them for years and will continue to come back!
