Jersey Mikes is my new favorite place for lunch. I work at a supermarket in Shoppes at Bartram Park on Old St Augustine Road in Jacksonville, Florida. When I walk in the door Brittany Singleton, Managing Partner always greets me by name. She knows what sub I want, and she is friendly, funny and competent. I like to sit alone, check my emails, read Facebook posts. She checks on me, and respects my privacy. Brittany is the best!

I recently visited this sub shop and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were not only very welcoming but also helpful in guiding me through their menu when I was having difficulties choosing. The food was delicious, and it was prepared surprisingly quick. Overall, a great experience that left me satisfied on all fronts
First time coming to this location, had the greatest experience and the food was spot on! Noah was absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. I definitely will be back to this location!
Delicious sandwiches especially if you’re going to get their Italian subs. Their bread is great too. There was no wait when I was there in a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was nice and clean. I think their prices are a bit high but then again I guess everywhere is these days. I’d eat here again for sure.
I’ve been to this location a few times now. Staff is always friendly, ingredients always fresh, inside is kept clean. Well run and efficient.

Food was really good and the service was excellent.
The meat and cheese is cut as you order like you are at the deli. The ingredients are fresh including the tomatoes (I’m picky about my tomatoes.) The staff was awesome and friendly. They also have a day of giving where all sales go to the USO. Great place highly recommend.
