CAULIFLOWER CRUST VERDICT!
I know there are a million reviews, but since the cauliflower pizza crust is new, I thought I'd share my thoughts with you.
First of all, I love Newk's. Great food, pretty fast, and great people, too. Never had a bad experience there. But since my diabetes diagnosis, I've been pretty limited on menu options. Thank Heaven for the Black & Bleu Salad!
My wife recently discovered that Newk's was doing a new cauliflower crust option for their pizzas, so I decided to try it. Important note: I DO NOT like cauliflower pizza crusts as a rule. They crumble when you bite into them, they don't cook properly, and they taste like, well, cauliflower.
To get to the point: this is the best cauliflower crust I have ever eaten. It tasted great, had a pleasant crispiness to it, and it held up to my Rottweiler-esque bite force (this has not actually been scientifically verified as of this writing, but I'm confident in the statement). I got the Q, and it was delicious from start to finish.
Kudos to Newk's! Keep those crusts warm for me.

I love this place! Along with Jason's deli, this is one of my "go to" places if I am craving a good sandwich. The bread here is amazing to me. The have a really nice menu of salads, soups, pizzas and sandwiches. I recommend the Newks Q (pizza or sandwich) or the Pesto Chicken sandwich. The servings are nice sized, the food is good and fresh, and the service is always fast and friendly. Definitely a great place to stop for a meal.

1st time here. We're not from the area so we stopped here because someone recommended it. Had a pizza and salad. The pizza has a light, thin and crispy crust with plenty of toppings. The Greek salad was giant and really good! If we're ever in the area again, we would come back.

Love this place. Super healthy if you want to be but also have great pizza. I saw 2 mom's with their kids. Mom's were eati g great salads while kids had fun with the pizza. Wonderful.

I enjoy Newk’s Eatery and find myself dining here frequently. Simply place order and receive number at front counter, then food is brought to the table. I recommend the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, although I remove the peppers. The self serve peach flavored tea is pleasant, especially with a bit of sweet tea added. Overall this is a great eatery with quick grab-n-go options for lunch.

I was looking for a new place to get a sandwich and happened here one day and was blown away. I ordered the Italian on wheat and fell in love with the first bite. The bread was fresh, the meat was delicious; the combination of ingredients was amazing. I've been back several times and this place NEVER disappoints. Sandwiches are made to order but they also have "Grab and Go" options that are fresh as well. Try it. You won't regret it!

All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly to new staff. Management keeps staff positive and treats everyone equally as they work right alongside their employees. I've heard customers say that "Newks Eatery has the best chicken salad in town." Great atmosphere to work in if you are in the food industry!

The food here is pretty good! Unique pizzas and salads along with so simple options as well. My favorite salad is the ultimate salad. The portion is really generous and there is something on the menu everyone will like. I have picky eaters and they love going to newks.

Was having a lovely conversation with my sister. They close at 9 and we sat and talked until 930. Not once did any of the staff make us feel uncomfortable or like we had to get out. They just went on about their chores. Great place! Great staff! Great food! Great atmosphere! Just Great!
