The food is always so good and comforting at Panera. I like the layout of this one. So clean and excellent customer service!!!

I love the food! If you like soups, the Mexican corn chowder in the summer is very good and flavorful. My favorite is the autumn squash soup, thick and very tasty. Many different salads and wraps, sandwiches and combos are available. Depending upon who is at the register, the service can be spot on, or take a while as the cashier will forget to give me a cookie I ordered or give me the wrong cup when I've ordered hot instead of cold tea. Sometimes if there is a large group of people at a table, it can get a bit noisy. The tables are also close enough together where you can hear the conversation going on at the next table, but I suppose many restaurants are like this due to available space. The rest rooms and dining room are for the most part clean and the chairs, booths and tables comfortable to sit and eat.

Nice local Panera, not overly crowded and in a pretty central location. Easy for a quick lunch or dinner pick up. Food is good quality.

I have visited a number of Panera Breads around Jacksonville and in my opinion, this is the nicest, most comfortable, best managed location I have found. However, also in my opinion, their coffee is marginal, portion sizes small, and prices overpriced, so all I usually get is a bagel or two.

Unlimited drinks is awesome but there needs to be other flavors then the super charge for just regular juice like for instance, the strawberry lemonade, mango lemonade, need to be without all the caffeine.

An absolutely phenomenal crew! Food is prepared quickly, delicious, and accurately! Not to mention that they are always super friendly, even to drivers! I could not ask for more!
