From the time I walked in to the time I left I had a GREAT experience. The team went above and beyond to greet and connect with guest. Keep the store stocked and clean. While providing excellent customer service. I traveled all the way from Atlanta just to get a taco from this location! I look forward to coming back to visit Miranda, Jamaal, Jody, and Brian!
Ordered to go for dinner between 6-6:30p.m. on a Friday. Wasn't very busy. Our order of 4 meals, 1 chimichanga, 1 burrito, 1 quesadilla and 1 bowl, came out within 10 minutes or so. Very good food, tons of flavor. Will be back!

The cashier Phoebe was friendly and helped me figure out my order while trying to wrangle my hyperafter child. The young lady Touga that was delivering food and checking on customers was super nice and personable. Absolutely wonderful experience and the food was great! Will definitely return.
Ordered for pick up. Came in and the pick up window was not manned but can understand when short staffed or busy, a server did assist me but was more annoyed to assist than anything, she did not know how to run the register to find the order and instead of thank you for your patience or anything kept saying, "who knows how to do this? It's not like we got trained on it?!" Just didn't feel like she should have shared her frustration with the patrons, but someone did come help her. She passed me the food abruptly after paying and it was just an uncomfortable experience. Now some positives - The food was good and the atmosphere was very cute when coming in and seemed very clean! Will try again because we all have our bad days.
It was amazing. Love the tacos. You need to come and try the beef tacos hard shell, full of flavors and their salsa bar it was great. So delicious and the tacos are big. Thank you Tijuana Flats it was so delicious!
I love Tijuana flats but it's a hit or miss coming here I assume depending on the managers and employees it depends on what you'll be served that day sometimes I do get disappointed but it hasn't stopped me from going but I do go less frequently. At this location the dine in service is not very good compared to other locations. Most times the person in charge of handling the tables will just walk around and ask 1 or 2 tables if they need anything and then disappear into the back for several minutes. I understand them though since not everyone tips them but I get upset because I do and I'm usually the one they ignore lol but like I said earlier it hasn't stopped me from going to Tijuana flats.
This is a very well run restaurant. All the staff members are very friendly. The food was cooked to perfection.

Excellent customer service thanks to a lovely young lady named Delaney!! Super professional and an absolute sweetheart! I don’t eat here frequently but I do pick up to go orders once in a while so I don’t always see the same staff! I was beyond pleased and really impressed with my visit today! Manager was also very kind! My order was ready quickly and it did not lack in presentation or taste!!! Food was very delicious as always!
