Starbucks

If I could give this store a zero I would. Went there this morning and the staff was terrible and rude. The store is disgusting and disappointing. I have never been to a Starbucks that smelled unclean but this one definitely did. The staff doesn't greet you and wants you out the door as soon as possible and refuses to even acknowledge you. You just feel unwanted.

I’m so sad that I spent close to $10 on one coffee for it to be straight up syrup. I don’t think they’re putting the requested number of shots of espresso into the drinks and it is so frustrating to leave the drive through/get home to realize your drink is not what you want. Do not go to this location. Waste of money!

I took a break from this place hoping it would get better. It didn’t. The manager is constantly rude and refuses to let you get a venti ice water even when you offer to pay for the venti cup. You’d think that after paying $7 for a coffee that they’d let you get a water… ridiculous. she even went to the extreme of interrupting her employee on the speaker to tell me she’s the manager and will not allow it. The only reason I gave two stars is because the other employees there seem nice. This is the only Starbucks in my area that does this.

Came in here Friday morning and they were busy as to be expected. Drive-thru was packed... But walking in there and seeing these poor workers getting yelled at by management because they weren't working fast enough was absolutely saddening (she didn't even notice me walking in). The barista on bar looked miserable and exhausted as did the one on drive-thru. To see someone verbally cracking whips when it looked like cars were getting through quite efficiently made me want to puke. Workers are treated terribly at this location and it seems like management only cares about numbers on a screen. They didn't even assist in the goals they pushed, just piddled around. Sadly I was picking up a mobile order for a friend, I felt bad they even had to make the drinks with how miserable the atmosphere was in here.

This Starbucks is on the outside of shopping center is it's easy to get in and out . Every clean in the table section and very clean in restrooms and I did check. The staff was very friendly service was outstanding. Even wanted to know what song was playing on there intercom they searched and found the answer. Definitely go back again

It's been said that you can usually tell a lot about a place by simply observing the minor details. Well this held true at this particular Starbucks location. When I observed the condiment station, there wasn't the standard array of spices like nutmeg & cinnamon. I had to bring that to their attention. The napkin dispenser also was found to linger empty, long before anyone decided to take notice & address. I could be very harsh, but I'm going to take the high road and just say that this Starbucks location may be busy, but the staff was paying more attention to each other, goofing around, laughing loudly & cackling back and forth with each other, rather than keeping attentive customer service in the forefront of their minds. Poor customer service... and it shows!
