I have only been here a couple of times before with visiting my daughter in Jacksonville. So I wanted to make a point of coming by before we left to come back to Atlana since we don't have one here.
My wife had never had it it was looking forward to it, the food was really good the only problem is we walked in to the restaurant and were the only ones at the counter, we ordered our food and sat down to the dining room where there were may be 6 to 8 people.
More people kept coming in and 30 minutes later we asked about our food and found out they bumped our order off. Kind of frustrating because we were trying to hit the road back home, the food's really good will come back, just be more attentive to the customers being waited on in a timely matter.
Fast and friendly service. The food was amazing as always and I have nothing to complain about! Great place!
First time at Whataburger. Wasn’t sure what to order so I asked Mallory the young lady behind the counter. She suggested the sweet and spicy bacon burger. I went with a large meal I took my order number to the cleanest table. There were several several dirty ones a few minutes later, a young gentleman approached me with a tray of my food and a tray of sauces. He was miserable. Obviously having a bad day I hope his day got better, the burger was absolutely delicious. I’m so glad I went with Malory‘s suggestion. The fries were thin very close to McDonald’s. I prefer thicker fries the drink was absolutely huge. Can’t wait to go to another Whataburger.
First time there. Dante at the front made it feel like I was a regular. As a customer I was expecting decent customer service and decent delivery time and I got so much more. Atmosphere was clean and everyone seemed cool! Thanks y’all!
The rewards system is great. I highly recommend you download the app and scan it every time you go to get points because you will also get random free coupons.
I had a coupon for a free Patty Melt Meal. The patty melt was awesome. I like my burgers well done and they put it on the order and cooked it great without any complaining like some places will do when u ask for well done.

My favorite burger joint. 🍔 I stop at this location every time I go to Jacksonville and the only thing I can say is that they need to upsell at the register. I definitely would have added cheese to my burger, because it gives it an even better flavor if I would have been asked yo add cheese. Other than that, I love this place
So far, every Whataburger location's service I've experienced so far has been good. And to make things even better, I personally enjoy their food as well. Their fries are close to being as good as McDonald's, and their Burgers beat Burger King. I am a little mad about their DP shake being removed. That was the bomb.
Excellent employees! Hard-working and friendly. Very clean inside dining and efficient. Food is always made to order and consistent. Solid drive thru also!
We just ordered and when we turned the corner our food was ready. They didn’t mess up on anything and the staff was so kind! I’d recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to try something new.
I've been going to this location off and on for about a year.
- The food is always good, I never really had any real issues.
- Employees are respectful and typically will take the extra time if you have any issues.
- The drive-thru and waiting time can be hit or miss. Depending on if they're busy or not.
One word… Amazing! Never had whataburger and it was well worth the drive! With lines wrapped around the corner this placed still serves extremely fast and with a smile! We will always be back to this location!!!
The food was excellent! Haven't had whataburger since Texas and it was hot, fresh and amazing. The lady at the register seems like she hates her job 😆, a little rude but overall it was nice.
