I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! The service was impeccable, and the food never disappoints. I must highlight Daniel, the cashier, who went above and beyond. His friendly demeanor and efficient service truly stood out. He definitely deserves a raise for his exceptional customer care.
How could I not give Chick-fil-A 5 stars? I enjoyed the service and the cashier was awesome. Shoutout to Caleb! Give that guy a raise.

I have to mark down the service here. This is odd to write, but these people legitimately do not know how to put lids on their own cups. I got 3 drinks, lids weren't all the way on two. As a former good and beverage manager, I watched them pass out drinks for a bit, and 50% didn't have the lids on the whole way. Glad these guys never worked for me at Starbucks, cause there would be a lawsuit daily.
I’ve been to Chick-fil-A countless times throughout the years and it wasn’t until today that I discovered what truly sets them apart. And no it’s not just the food and friendly atmosphere… Her name is Jenna O. and she is the marketing director at the Beach and Hodges location. I’m mentioning her position because I’m sure what she did was not in her job description. I came in today feeling really down. I thought I was doing a pretty good job of “hiding” it, but apparently not because she came up to where I was sitting and asked if I needed anything. When I politely told her I was good, but thank you she didn’t just walk away. She then asked if she could pray with me… in total disbelief, I hesitated, but then I accepted her offer… I’m grateful to our Heavenly Father for using her and thankful to Jenna for allowing herself to be used to bring me a measure of comfort. May God reward her for her kindness for a “thank you” just doesn’t feel like enough.
It would be very difficult to evaluate any Chik fil A restaurant with a poor rating. The food is hot. You know the flavor profiles of the menu. The quality of the service is always expected to be friendly and they deliver. It's just not fair, I tell you. That the other chain restaurants have to try to live up the Chik FIL A's standards. Lol
It's so unfortunate that they don't at least try.

Line short, line long, these people keep on truckin’. Just came in tonight after a 12hr shift, saw the 60 car long line, and not only does everyone look calm and collected, but they’re courteous, fast, and respectful. I swear, within 5 minutes of entering, I already had my drinks in hand, and 30 seconds later my food for 3 people at home waiting.

Everything was consistent with the brand, high quality food and service in a clean environment. This location has a children's play area as well.
Always so quick and pleasant at this location. They get it right every time and drive thru is always such an easy spot to get in and out of.
Enjoy coming here mostly dinning in for breakfast and lunch for years now. They have updated their drive thru and parking lot to accommodate more people a year ago I think and it helps. They have kid friendly events that they advertise on their tables which is nice. Always clean & friendly service with good food. Reccomend the spicy Chicken & Biscuit and Scramble Bowl for breakfast. For lunch Grilled chicken deluxe meal with kale crunch salad and spicy chicken tenders meal with ranch. Their lemonade or the cold iced coffee is good. My fav on menu is a kale crunch salad.
