Moved here from Connecticut, could not find good pizza like up north except for Milano’s. THE ONLY good pizza in Jacksonville Florida! My daughters won’t eat any other pizza except Milano’s!
This place is fantastic. I first came here in college back in '99, and I've been coming back ever since. Do yourself a favor and have at least one slice of plain cheese pizza here before you die. Other options are great too, but seriously, just do it.
This was our first time here, and it did not disappoint. The garlic bread they bring out...amazing! Just the right amount of crispy, soft, and flavorful. The manicotti was very good, not made with crepes, but still delicious. Chicken parmesan was very good too and good size servings. Forgot to take the pictures before we started to eat. 🙂
Phenomenal. I've gone to another Italian restaurant for over 25 years, but since working on a different side of town my husband and I decided to try Milano's. We are converts. Their sauce is drinkable. It's perfect. I didn't need to add anything to it to make it palatable. Their calzone is the absolute best that I've ever add and my husband adored the lasagna. We also tried the garlic cheese bread, it too was incredible. The Italian dressing for the salad was perfect. I'm so impressed and yet a little sad that we won't be going to our old favorite. We've known them for years. The prices at Milano's are even more affordable. This place is a must try. I promise you won't be able to find fault with it, we truly wanted to try everything on the menu tonight.
This place is great the service was amazing they were on top of everything seated 2 adults and a kid quickly and got us drinks and appetizers and salad all within a few minutes. The portions are absolutely worth it and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the bathroom was a bit gross. The atmosphere in the restaurant was awesome on Christmas Eve the service was just fantastic. The food tastes amazing and I will definitely come back when I visit again.
They have the best food ever! The pizza is the best ever , I’m from Philly and it’s the closest thing to northern pizza ever, my dog even loves it!

They had two locations but the original owners now are at the Beach and Kernan location and they are very customer friendly.
Amazing food. Went in for a sit down lunch with my coworkers, and got the Eggplant Parmigiana.
The waiter is always a gentleman, he always takes care of us, and we are never waiting for anything.
The food was more than enough, it was the lunch special, and came with a salad, garlic bread, spaghetti and the Eggplant. Fantastic, I fully recommend this restaurant.
What is servers here? Oh fairy French, full and accommodating the food is fantastic. I only wish that my Dave had shown up ha ha! But I do have a Lotta good food to bring home :-)
Milano's has the best Italian food and the service is always great! The staff is very accommodating and always pleasant! I have also used Milano's to cater several events and the food has been on time and excellent. I recommend Milano's to anyone who wants great food and service!!
Definitely some great Italian food! They know what they are doing that’s for sure! Great selection of Entrees and starters. Homemade pizza in a nice brick oven. Also has a full bar if you just want to sit with a couple buddies! Definitely a nice family place!
