Delicious family owned restaurant. Friendly staff and great food. Everything that I've had here is delicious...especially the steak calzone, black and blue flat bread and chicken parmigiana.
Live Piano Music Was A Nice Touch. We decided to have our Friday date night at Toscana Little Italy and we were both impressed. The staff was beyond friendly and the food was really good. My husband's Tour of Italy was a large plate of different dishes including lasagna, chicken parmigiana and Fettuccine Alfredo. He enjoyed each one because the portions were large, the sauces were so flavorful and the cheese was abundant. I had the angel hair pasta with meatballs and it was divine. The pasta was cooked correctly and the meatballs were so soft and tender it was like eating little clouds. The Zuppa Toscana was full of potatoes, spinach and sausage with a little heat, and the house vinaigrette dressing on the salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. The one part of our meal that did not seem to measure up was the garlic bread. The bread lacked a true garlic flavor and it was like a yeast roll that had been dunked in butter so maybe next time we will try the plain bread. All in all we had a great meal and the atmosphere was perfect for our date night.
FYI: There are no substitutions for the August Special. We were initially going to order it but wanted to substitute Diet Coke for the wine and the server wouldn't allow it. Great special IF you are a wine drinker.
Went there last night and had the August special, WHAT a deal and the food and service were great. You choose 1 of 4 entrees, 1 appetizer and 2 glasses of wine. With the dinners comes salads and garlic note rolls, all that for $25.00. Plenty of food and enough for leftovers the next day, great experience! Highly recommend.
Great neighborhood restaurant. My family loves this place. Consistent quality food and service. We eat here at least twice a month. It's just down the street from our home. It's to the point that the place is almost like it's our dining room. I've never had a bad meal there although at this point I kinda would like a change in menu as I've had almost everything on it.
The best italian food. I have to say this is the best food in jacksonville always on point with my the dishes i order.. a peace of heaven with every bite. so if your looking for real italian dishes and a good family who always seem to put a smie on your face this is the place you should go.
I been to Toscana Little Italy many times. It is the best Italian Restaurant in North Florida. The food is great, service is the best. We like Gery at the bar. Any time that I have business meetings I go to Toscana. Thank you for bringing Toscana to our neighborhood
Great family resturant. Best italian food in jacksonville. i always go there with my family every weekend. im italian so i can relate to the food. when there is a game i go to the bar and get a beer with my friends> awesome resturant!!
Omg!!! Just had dinner here and the food was amazing. Great service and the owner was very personable. It's a must try!!!!
My Husband I eat here at least twice a week. The bar area is perfevt for watching games and Gary the bartender makrs you feel right at home. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal.
I had the chicken parmesan sub which was definitely not as advertised in the menu. don't expect the large amount of chicken that you see in the picture, side note... I would not be writing this if there were no photo in the menu but I do expect an earnest attempt to match a product as advertised, it was a good sandwich. The wife had chicken Teresa and though the pasta was definitely not al dente the dish was pretty darn good and the chicken was perfectly cooked.
We randomly went here because we were in the area. It was so delicious and cute and quaint. Authentic Italian. Very light not super filling and everything paired up so nicely

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was also very lovely. The lighting was perfect for dinner and the music was beautiful, jazz. The food was very very good. The pizza toppings were great and the spaghetti was good.
The food was good, but not great. We’ve eaten inside and had better. This time it was salty and a little oily. Best part were the garlic rolls. Not sure if I would reorder as it was rather pricy.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Toscana. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything I tried was prepared to perfection. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. I can't wait to return for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!
Beautiful new atmosphere, very modern and welcoming. The food is outstanding. Huge portions, the lasagna is my favorite. My new favorite place. I highly recommend.
Great little neighborhood, Italian restaurant talked away in the Miramar area near San Marco. Great food, true Italian dishes that will not disappoint quiet atmosphere, which lends itself to great conversation. Wonderful waitstaff that went over iand above to make sure that we had a great experience. Thank you!
Amazing food!! Try the citrus grouper and ask for a side of brussel sprouts, I promise you’ll be blown away! The food and staff are everything you imagine a 5-star restaurant would be like. You can see the community here loves this place and the owners are extremely kind and generous. Every time I come I try something else on the menu and it’s always delicious. Dirk the manager , and the chef herself are extremely friendly and welcoming. The only negative is I wish it was closer to home, but we still gladly make the trip!
Citrus Grouper was to die for! This will be my go to dish every time I visit. So yummy and light! :-) Jacob was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful meal and service! We will most definitely be back!!
I wasn't thrilled with my last experience. I order angel hair pasta with marinara and salmon. The quality was good, but I felt the taste was bland.
The new owners were very appreciative of all of their customers, and spoke to everyone as such and with sincerity. The service was awesome and they were open-minded to recommendations about certain dishes! Never had that happen before.
