Ratchet. We have never had bad food here. The food is always good and the prices are good. Sometimes the wait staff is not the best; however, they always will get the job done.

Best French Onion Soup. When you're looking for a delicious French Onion Soup, Miller's Ale House in Mandarin is the best in town. There is definitely sherry in the recipe. The cheese is always perfectly melted and the flavor of the soup is perfect. I always order this when I go...particularly in the winter months. My favorite entree is the fish n' chips. In fact, any seafood dish at Ale House is delicious -- try the fish tacos too. My son is addicted to anything with Zingers, an Ale House specialty, the hotter the better. They give you enormous glasses of sweet or unsweet tea. The burgers are delicious, and the Rib Eye sandwich is excellent. There is great variety and ample portions. You can't go wrong if you try the specials too. For a less expensive visit, go at lunch and get their lunch specials.
Always good food at the Ale House. Miss Craig as the manager. Be careful of the blond behind the bar for drinks, she's famous for cutting people off BEFORE they even had a few!!! Very famous for that , according to sources and once myself!!!
Comfortable. We went to Miller's Ale House on Saturday night and while we had a wait for a table it was still a great experience. I had the Zinger club sandwich and it was extremely large and very very good. A sandwich with chicken, ham, bacon, cheese (all the food groups) and on ciabatta bread hits the mark. My husband had the prime rib sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was very good and the atmosphere is always inviting.
Never had a bad meal. Chicken nachos are great along with the big read , the onion rings and the wings you gotta love them , the place to go for consistancy in jacksonville .
Good sports bar. The chicken nachos are quick and tasty and feed 3 comfortably for a total of $7.
Chicken Cheese Nachos. Great place! Good food, Good service. Had a few hick-ups when I was there last. The "happy hour" had hours that were not listed and bad management. When I wrote a note to them, they were quick to apologize and correct the issue! So, Kudos for that!
Overall, great place to have food while watching the game.

Great service and good food. My zinger salad was solid. Opted for garlic parm chicken tenders on my fresh salad. Even asked and received extra cucumbers 🥒. We also had prime burger and fries by recommendation of our waitress. It was all tasty and we can recommend this location for sure!
Good food, decent service, very reasonable prices and options. Gets busy game day/night. I love Miller's Ale Houses, and this one's okay for a decent meal. However, if you want 5 stars across the board, the one by The Avenues Mall is MUCH BETTER...Especially on game days!!
Returned May 2023 and really enjoyed our meal. Onion soup was fantastic as was the French Dip. Taylor was our server and did a wonderful job.
Food was great, service above and beyond. Had wings...SUPER!! Will go again and again. Easy seating for 5.

We did not feel rushed at all.
Our food was served hot and in a timely manner.
Our drinks took a bit longer but that was because the bar was packed with patrons.

I usually order a to-go order every other week from here when I have time but today I decided to just use Uber eats. I grew up in mandarin so I’ve been going to this location for 7-8 years now. I’ve never had a single issue in that time span. Whether dining in/ getting to go/ or delivery. It’s always a great experience. Foods great. Atmosphere is great. And a super friendly staff. For my order tonight my drink option wasn’t on Uber eats (flavored lemonade) for some reason so I tried ordering a different drink as a placeholder. Even though they weren’t able to do it (which I completely understand) because it requires an up charge Jasmine was suuuuper helpful and she even tried to go out of her way to accommodate me the best she could. As someone who works in the service industry I thought that was really awesome because she didn’t have to try to make the suggestions she did. Also pretty sure she’s helped me with a to go order a few weeks back as well and it was perfect. I love ale house and this location and the beach and Hodges location are my favorites but the staff here is absolutely phenomenal and I’m sure I’ll be occasional popping in to this location as long as I live in Jacksonville
I discovered Miller's Ale House on one of my many rambles around Jacksonville. This is such a cool, relaxing gathering spot. When I walked in the door, I was able to get seated quickly. Wait staff was there in an instant and I placed my order. I'm constantly looking for good burgers and mine was excellent. I will definitely be coming back very soon.
10/10 recommend! Amy and Hannah took very well care of me. And the food was great. This will be my go to place for dinner

Had a great experience here. Friendly staff, fun environment with lots of TVs. They did a great job managing the number of people in the restaurant and we only waited 10 min for a seat on a Wednesday night. Menu was a bit limited though. We'll be going back. The kids enjoyed it.
The food was great! I always pack up left overs. But not this night. It was so good and perfect portion that I ate it all! Lol my 10 year old who order 35 fried shrimps and fries took about 8 ahrimps home with some fries for the next day. Lol Service at this location was very pleasant and on point with everything from making sure our cups were filled to helping us decide what to order. Also very informative on the menu options and ingredients after we expressed we had a child with a nut allergy. She was awsome.
I love the atmosphere. Food is okay but a bit pricey. I had filet mignon with vegetables.
