Reviews of Ruby Tuesday

Well, my family visited this Ruby Tuesday location without any "real" expectations. We arrived at Ruby Tuesday, with a party of 15. It's Sunday around 6:30 pm as I write this review, so it wasn't overwhelmingly busy from a customers standpoint. Jason was our helper. All I can say is, going into the Ruby Tuesday without any expectations considering we traveled and was just hungry! Jason, made our visit to Ruby Tuesday an excellent experience. The food was awesome! Jason was very attentive to our wants and met them 100%. I want to thank all of our "service" industry professionals for giving us their valued time and doing the best they can to provide an excellent experience when all the pressure is on you to exceed customers expectations when all I expect is "service" with a smile, and respect for each other's time and effort. Thanks Jason, for still having decency, which enables you to provide great "service".

We went last week and had One of the best dining experiences ever! Jersey was an AWESOME waiter. He was friendly, professional, funny, caring and kind. The new menu was great 👍 the sweet tea was on point 👈 and the BBQ Chicken nachos was incredible 😋 It filled both of us without anything else. We had to take our meals home 😆 which ain't bad😉 The new manager ( I think her name is Katelyn) is so nice, friendly and down to earth🥰 Will definitely be going back soon! Oh, I can't forget the salad bar was excellent as well. Everything was fully stocked, it was very clean, gloves available and hand sanitizer by plates was perfect! GREAT EXPERIENCE ⭐️

Food was pretty good, but wasn't amazing. Our server was really nice to us and very prompt with service. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our dishes, the pasta I had was pretty good but again not amazing. A little bummed out the side of mushrooms was like a little cup of chopped and sautéed mushrooms. All together not too bad but not exactly memorable.

Unfortunately I can't remember our server name, but he was awesome! We were there Saturday evening with a group of about 10 including children. He was very impressive, and had a great memory. He didn't write anything down , but yet our orders were correct from the food to the drinks! He was so good that we requested to speak with the manager to let him know how much of a great job he did!!

My partner and I were at the Airport location in Jacksonville Florida. The food was good but our steaks were a little salty, other than that everything was wonderful. The atmosphere was on point. From the time we entered the service was great. Thank you to our hostess.Our waiter Misty was excellent. She was attentive w/o being overbearing and her attitude was great. Ask for Misty when you visit.

My husband & I had a wonderful dinner date on our first trip to Jacksonville over Valentines weekend! Our experience from start to finish within the restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. We were greeted immediately upon entry by a very kind young hostess. We were sat by the entrance, and within moments greeted by our delightful server, Stacy. I have not encountered many a servers of her caliber throughout my dining experiences over the years.. very few & far inbetween. This woman is THE prime example of excellent customer service and hospitality. She was very attentive to our order requests (lots of diet restrictions), made sure our food came out perfect and never let our drinks run dry. She was very respectful! All whilst rotating between tables on one of the busiest weekends of the year AND maintaining proper social distancing and wearing the necessary PPE to keep herself & fellow patrons protected. When my husband and I return to Jacksonville for future trips, we plan to return to this location & hope to see Stacy again! Compliments to the chef that evening as well!

Jim Bessette. I was expecting a good meal at your restruant. I ordered <br/> the Shrimp dinner, that have had before,I was served popcorn shrimp, I gave it some thought I never had popcorn Shrimp at Ruby Tues. The more I ate it the more irritated I got.I complained to the server that the meal was very good. The reply I got was I'm sorry. Well Im sorry to! I spent good money for a meal that wasn't up to standards. Jim Bessette

Surprised!. I am not usually one for chain restaurants, but being on the road limits choices, as does a traveling companion. That being said, I did like my first visit to Ruby Tuesday's! The chips and queso was really good. The chips were warm and delicious, and the burger had applewood smoked bacon; it was juicy and evenly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised!

The People Make It Great. Why would I review a random location of a fairly generic chain restaurant with a thousand other outlets around the country? Because our experience last night was so good - we had arrived at the airport quite late and were looking for a light dinner after a long day of travel. We were greeted warmly at this Ruby Tuesday, still open and serving on a rainy Monday night at 10pm and given a quiet table away from the noisy bar. <br/><br/>Our server, Karen, was engaging and friendly - she is normally a bartender there, so she hooked us up with two fantastic dry martinis for just $5 apiece while we glanced over the familiar menu. Everything that we ordered came out fresh and beautifully plated -- the shared garden salad had baby peas and the sweetest grape tomatoes I've ever tasted, and the blackened tilapia was quite spicy, as requested. Even our low-carb side dishes of mashed cauliflower and grilled green beans were fresh and creative. <br/><br/>But what made the experience remarkable was our server, who was so warm and friendly. Amazing what a smile can do for a tired, hungry traveler.

It's been years since I visited this location. It wasn't good last time. However, this time it was great. The salad bar is fantastic. Four different greens, all fresh sides, and a plethora of other salads. The menus had many different offerings, but for lunch I got the minis with salad. The minis were very good as well as the fries on the side. Service was very prompt and friendly for lunch. If you haven't been in a while, give them a chance again.
