Surprised!. I am not usually one for chain restaurants, but being on the road limits choices, as does a traveling companion. That being said, I did like my first visit to Ruby Tuesday's! The chips and queso was really good. The chips were warm and delicious, and the burger had applewood smoked bacon; it was juicy and evenly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised!
It's been years since I visited this location. It wasn't good last time. However, this time it was great. The salad bar is fantastic. Four different greens, all fresh sides, and a plethora of other salads. The menus had many different offerings, but for lunch I got the minis with salad. The minis were very good as well as the fries on the side. Service was very prompt and friendly for lunch. If you haven't been in a while, give them a chance again.
While we were here in Jacksonville, Florida. We decided to have lunch at Ruby Tuesday. The was great, and the service was quick. I recommend this place to enjoy your meal.
Well, my family visited this Ruby Tuesday location without any "real" expectations. We arrived at Ruby Tuesday, with a party of 15. It's Sunday around 6:30 pm as I write this review, so it wasn't overwhelmingly busy from a customers standpoint. Jason was our helper. All I can say is, going into the Ruby Tuesday without any expectations considering we traveled and was just hungry! Jason, made our visit to Ruby Tuesday an excellent experience. The food was awesome! Jason was very attentive to our wants and met them 100%. I want to thank all of our "service" industry professionals for giving us their valued time and doing the best they can to provide an excellent experience when all the pressure is on you to exceed customers expectations when all I expect is "service" with a smile, and respect for each other's time and effort. Thanks Jason, for still having decency, which enables you to provide great "service".
From the time I walked in the door Miss Tameka was so welcoming and friendly. Once seated Jason was very attentive and friendly. The food was good and the restaurant was clean also.
Food was good and our server was very nice. I thought they had never ending french fries, but that is Red Robin. They do have a very nice salad bar though.
We went last week and had One of the best dining experiences ever! Jersey was an AWESOME waiter. He was friendly, professional, funny, caring and kind. The new menu was great 👍 the sweet tea was on point 👈 and the BBQ Chicken nachos was incredible 😋 It filled both of us without anything else. We had to take our meals home 😆 which ain't bad😉 The new manager ( I think her name is Katelyn) is so nice, friendly and down to earth🥰 Will definitely be going back soon! Oh, I can't forget the salad bar was excellent as well. Everything was fully stocked, it was very clean, gloves available and hand sanitizer by plates was perfect! GREAT EXPERIENCE ⭐️
Unfortunately I can't remember our server name, but he was awesome! We were there Saturday evening with a group of about 10 including children. He was very impressive, and had a great memory. He didn't write anything down , but yet our orders were correct from the food to the drinks! He was so good that we requested to speak with the manager to let him know how much of a great job he did!!
I love me some Misty! This is my new favorite waitress! She is a great waitress, as well as a great person! She is also easy on the eyes! Well, one of the assistant managers David is gone now so the place is running smoothly! Great food! Great prices! Great service!
I was a party of one at a bar top. The bartender was awesome. She was outgoing and friendly. Kept up with all of her guests and the other wait staff. Salad bar was well maintained and fresh.
My partner and I were at the Airport location in Jacksonville Florida. The food was good but our steaks were a little salty, other than that everything was wonderful. The atmosphere was on point. From the time we entered the service was great. Thank you to our hostess.Our waiter Misty was excellent. She was attentive w/o being overbearing and her attitude was great. Ask for Misty when you visit.
Good experience with the amount of workers they had. Food came out hot and delicious. The restaurant had a nice cool Ruby Tuesday vibe, really nice vibe to eat, watch sports, have break from the office. Good restaurant
