Excellent pizza place here in Jacksonville! Sunday night, party of five, 8:45 pm.
Cool and interesting theme and atmosphere at this place, very clean, well kept, spacious, and organized location.
The cashier was extremely welcoming, friendly, and patient with us as we were trying to decide what to order. It was our 1st time here.
The pizza was actually really delicious. Excellent flavor, fresh ingredients, and full of flavor.
They also have a nice selection of wine and soft drinks!
Hopefully we’ll be back here before going back to California!
Best wood fire wings ever! Best wood fire pizza in 25+ years! Atmosphere is relaxed & the staff is courteous & willing to go the extra mile for your total satisfaction. The manager Chris was very helpful & made sure our experience was 100% top shelf. We will be back many times, I’m sure of it! Matter of fact, I want some more of those wings today! My first time at this place. The pizza was really good. No wonder it is so famous. The flavors were incredible. The meatballs were very good as well. We got the Buffalo chicken wings as well, but I found them ok. Good, but not fabulous. I will come back for the pizza, no doubt. They have other items in the menu and I will try them for sure.
The calzone here was incredible. I literally wanted to cry when it was finished. Very easygoing and casual place, and a great stop for a quick bite or to chill with friends and family. Totally worth trying out if you're looking for a great slice! Everything on the menu looked great, and our food was out of this world.
The pizza is excellent and the restaurant is a nice, casual experience. The place is great for families or groups of friends, with long high tables or smaller short tables. The selection of pizzas, calzones, and pasta is large enough for everyone to find something they like. They do have beer and wine for the adults.
We're from out of town, but visit about once a year. We've been trying to eat here for literally three years, but it's always so crazy busy, it never worked out! Until finally this past weekend, we got there right at opening time, and were like the second people in the restaurant. And it was sooo good!
My husband ordered the Carnivora personal pizza, and totally killed it, ate the whole thing. I ordered the Napoli personal pizza, and loved it so much, but I couldn't finish it! Luckily, they have to-go boxes, so I took it with me, and ended up eating the last two pieces as a snack after a few hours in the hotel pool with the kids ;) I loved the goat cheese and garlic and roasted veggies on mine.
We order the butter noodles for our two small kids to share (2 and 6), and they are every single squiggle noodle.
If we ever get a chance to go back, we definitely will!!
Great pizza great taste. It's a bit pricey but worth it to me. The bar is also really chill and well stocked. I've tried most pizzas and they are delicious. The Carnivora is one of our favorites
V has the best pizza in Jax, hands down. 🍕 I don't live in Jax anymore, but still make it a point to go when I'm in FL visiting friends and family. Prices are reasonable, ingredients are fresh, food usually comes quickly, service is friendly. I also love that ownership gives back to the community through their charity. Sidecar has great cocktails and solid drink specials. ONLY downside is parking kinda sucks, but that's true of anywhere in San Marco. Can't say enough good about this place. 12/10, definitely recommend
Ordered the V Signature wings (large order is perfect for splitting/sharing). This is my go to order... big meaty wings full of amazing flavor.
The bar made a refreshing and delicious mocktail. They also have a good selection of non-alcoholic beers.
Service was great!
The entrance is very confusing, it’s in the back of the building. It was good over all. One of the pizzas with chicken has such a strong seasoning that it overpowers everything on the pizza.
