I have been here a total of three times while working off of Normandy and every time my food is hot fresh. The fries are crispy, unsalted, and every person that has taken my order has been extremely polite. It is such a good change as most fast food experiences are not my most recent visit was August 18, 2023 at 11:30 AM

I always come here it’s my go to place. And everything is always perfect zero complaints. But today I’m disappointed. As you can see in the photo a medium drink and medium fry, but also you can’t see my receipt I ordered a large fry and large sweet tea. Why ask me if I want a large meal if you were already planning on giving me a medium. Food was good and so was the tea but just disappointed I paid for a large and got a medium

Honestly, it's much better than McDonald's as far as service and setting. They may be a smaller chain, but it's nice. You get to order your food with an actual person, not a screen.

Went through drive- thru with my wife and got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits! They were fast and the biscuits were hot and very delicious. This is one of the best Hardee's!

Update: much better this time around. Wait was minimal, food was fresh and hot and the lady was even nice. Rated a 2 star because we waited for 45 minutes in drive thru . Food was good. Will change rating next visit if better
