Ordered 2 papadias, one buffalo chicken with onions on accident and one parmesan encrusted steak and cheese papadia. I realized I got onions on the buffalo after I ordered so I called to see if they could fix it before it was delivered. The manager answered right away and even though he sounded super busy, took the time to fix my mistake and make sure my order came as how I wanted it. Thats how customer service should be! The food came within 30 minutes and it was as hot as it came out of the oven. The papadias are a hit and if you haven't had them yet, give them a go!

Papa John's is consistently good food. The app is flawless. I love it. Place order on the road, get puppa bucks, and off you go. We go to this location around 2 to 3 times a week. Good food and service, you all rock.

Absolutely great pizza. Little short staffed but pizza is well made with care. If you can wait it is definitely worth it!

Most of the staff are great! They do their jobs professionally and always strive to achieve customer satisfaction while pushing out orders fast and accurately. There's only 2 people that work there that suck at their job and you should probably order somewhere else if they're working that day. The good news is that they don't work often so 9 times out of 10 you'll be receiving your order fast, hot, and delicious! Many reviews say that the "teenage staff" is disrespectful but from my experiences here it's always the lowlife grown adults that start picking fights with the younger staff just because they're crusty and hate themselves. Don't listen to all these negative reviews they're all made by miserable cucks.

We order delivery from this location about twice a month & only had 1 problem in 4yrs & was given a coupon for a free pizza. Always on time, even if it's a long wait, it's always when they say it will be. Customer service is great & delivery drivers are always kind & courteous. Only pizza delivery in this immediate area that I can use anymore.

Every pizza experience we’ve had in Jacksonville has been a nightmare (DON’T do the dominoes here lol) but just ordered here & they said an hour wait & we got it in ten minutes! Super nice & easy service & hot pizza & our order was correct for once! Surprised & happy. One of the only good reviews I have for this town so far.

Ordered online two medium pizzas at a great price. Forgot to order the ranch dips with them. When I asked for them when I picked the pizzas up, the manager graciously offered the dips at no cost. Very customer service oriented. The reason the manager waited on me was because the cashier was already busy with another customer, and he made sure to keep the flow moving. It's rare to feel that the customer matters in today's society. But the 103rd st Papal John's is still that type of establishment. Thank you.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had from any Papa John's! Not to mention the young people that work there are always so polite and courteous something that's very rare these days! Papa John's needs to keep this crew because they set the bar high for everyone else to follow. Kudos Papa John's you know you've got my business for life!
