I play dart leagues on Thursday nites here and it is always a good time. The bartenders are quick to serve and always give positive vibes as do the regulars. Its always busy enuf to be social but never too busy to feel crowded. I also come on occasion to practice by myself and i have yet to wait for a board to be open. I have yet to miss songs i play on the jukebox. I like that. Shout out to Seth! Great bartender and incredible dart player. So if you get the pleasure to have him serve you, make sure to tip him well!
Rena J's is a place you can go to relax, have fun, talk to old & new friends alike... Bartenders are Welcoming, Awesome, and easy to talk too. Amy, Kierra, Mel, & Sammie also Seth (They have lost a few good ones but) these are great! The new owners Sammie and Mike are really nice too. They have done alot to the place and it shows (it was nice before but they have turned it around.) They accept cards now for payment, have darts, pool tables, pool leagues, Kararoke and music bingo on Saturday nights which is always fun. This is like a "Down Home Cheers Bar" Love it, Thank You!!
This is the best bar in Jacksonville North Carolina by far. They have all mikds of things to do. Service is awesome. Drinks made well and decently priced and fairly priced. Nobody in the place has a single rude bone in their bodies. Very very very kind people.
I use to live in this place when I was in the Marines at New River. A retired Msgt & his wife, Angie, owned it Prior to that they had a place in Beaufort right outside the MCAS gate that I frequented while stationed there. They were great people !! Wish you had more pictures of the inside. USMC 1976-78
I was enjoying the great atmosphere and great service . Both the staff members on duty were such a pleasure and very attentive , not only to me but all the patrons . Highly recommend
Best local bar in Jacksonville! Same owner for over thirty years! One of my best friends has out before he passed. Drink one to Jay Jay!

Been over 20 years since I was there. Good atmosphere when I was there. Was shocked that you all still open waiting for right time to come back.
Our bar tender was extremely friendly. Great mid day atmosphere and very welcoming.
