I want to give this place 10 stars if I could. It is so insane how friendly the environment and employees are here. My girlfriend and I wanted to stay there all day to relax and talk. It has a very homey vibe. I loved the music they played. We interacted with the employees there shared some stories and the pastries were the best part of it all. If I had one closer to me, I’d be here every single day. They allow dogs and women who breastfeed openly!!! It is one of the gems of Jacksonville. PLEASE EXPAND!!!
I ordered the Autumn Special “Pumpkin Spice”- Pumpkin pie turned into a Latte (iced) 16 oz. with almond milk. My husband ordered a Carmel Iced Coffee 16 oz. with almond milk. They were both delicious.
The atmosphere is great, such a cute little relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee. They do offer Wi-Fi and have cute little sheds out back that you can remote work in while you are here. There are no outlets out in the sheds so come with a full battery.

Great local coffee shop with excellent coffee, and they feature other local artists by having their work for sale up front. I ordered the house-made caramel latte by the baristas recommendation and it was excellent. They have an intimate but wide open space with lots of sunlight and a variety of seating. This is for sure my go-to coffee spot in Jacksonville.
What a fantastic little coffee shop to find. They have a lot of flavors, and they take a lot of pride for their coffee. They also have a lot of dog treats for your pets and our dog friendly! Bernadette really helped me find the perfect drink which was a London Fog latte. I’ve never had something so good. She was so nice and I will definitely be stopping back in here, on my way back into Jacksonville
I got displaced near this coffee shop because of a flooded house and my God I wish I lived near this place. Between the wonderful service and above and beyond tasty coffee (thank you Becca!), the atmosphere was relaxing and everything you want from a coffee shop. I especially LOVE how it was easy to see the different sizes, ounces, and how much espresso was in each. Such an easy and all around enjoyable place. Could not be more thankful for a great start to what’s going to be a long day.
The Milk Road is my morning home, where I get the absolute BEST Caffeine Therapy from the best staff in the entire ENC!!! This place is like a hidden jem that I almost want to keep to myself, but the world really needs to experience the vibes here. The food and drinks are second to none, but the STAFF!!!! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They pay great attention to detail and always ensure that the experience leaves you longing and drawn back for MOOOOOORE!!!

I came to Milk Road Coffee for a midday snack and pick me up. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. I got an iced coffee and what they call a liége, or in other words a yummy, sweet and thick waffle type creation. A little bit pricey but not to worry because the quality and experience is well worth it. The atmosphere is so beautiful and cozy. The girls in there were nice, polite and helpful. Also have a rewards system to get points each time you visit. Definitely coming back!
Great music selection. Super cute atmosphere, little eclectic! The iced coffee was enjoyable, a little too sweet, but that’s because I didn’t specify less sugar, so that was my fault. Their waffles are pretty dope. Definitely a great local joint for a cup of joe!
Stylish decor, fresh ingredients, prepared beautifully, & delicious waffles! The waffles are epic and enough reason to come back themselves. The latte and the tea are absolutely phenomenal. Fresh and prepared 100% Instagram worthy. The inside is so stylish and inviting and they even have some fun board games by their comfy couch.
