I want to give this place 10 stars if I could. It is so insane how friendly the environment and employees are here. My girlfriend and I wanted to stay there all day to relax and talk. It has a very homey vibe. I loved the music they played. We interacted with the employees there shared some stories and the pastries were the best part of it all. If I had one closer to me, I’d be here every single day. They allow dogs and women who breastfeed openly!!! It is one of the gems of Jacksonville. PLEASE EXPAND!!!

I ordered the Autumn Special “Pumpkin Spice”- Pumpkin pie turned into a Latte (iced) 16 oz. with almond milk. My husband ordered a Carmel Iced Coffee 16 oz. with almond milk. They were both delicious. The atmosphere is great, such a cute little relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee. They do offer Wi-Fi and have cute little sheds out back that you can remote work in while you are here. There are no outlets out in the sheds so come with a full battery.

Charming Haven!!! This cafe is a hidden gem with an inviting atmosphere that captivates from the moment you step in. The lattes here are a divine symphony of flavors, crafted with precision and served with a smile. The waffles? Utterly delightful – a crispy exterior giving way to a fluffy interior that’s a match made in breakfast heaven. This spot effortlessly combines a cute ambiance with superb beverages and treats, making it a must-visit for any coffee connoisseur or waffle aficionado. Can’t wait to return for another delightful experience!

Great local coffee shop with excellent coffee, and they feature other local artists by having their work for sale up front. I ordered the house-made caramel latte by the baristas recommendation and it was excellent. They have an intimate but wide open space with lots of sunlight and a variety of seating. This is for sure my go-to coffee spot in Jacksonville.

What a fantastic little coffee shop to find. They have a lot of flavors, and they take a lot of pride for their coffee. They also have a lot of dog treats for your pets and our dog friendly! Bernadette really helped me find the perfect drink which was a London Fog latte. I’ve never had something so good. She was so nice and I will definitely be stopping back in here, on my way back into Jacksonville

I got displaced near this coffee shop because of a flooded house and my God I wish I lived near this place. Between the wonderful service and above and beyond tasty coffee (thank you Becca!), the atmosphere was relaxing and everything you want from a coffee shop. I especially LOVE how it was easy to see the different sizes, ounces, and how much espresso was in each. Such an easy and all around enjoyable place. Could not be more thankful for a great start to what’s going to be a long day.

The Milk Road is my morning home, where I get the absolute BEST Caffeine Therapy from the best staff in the entire ENC!!! This place is like a hidden jem that I almost want to keep to myself, but the world really needs to experience the vibes here. The food and drinks are second to none, but the STAFF!!!! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They pay great attention to detail and always ensure that the experience leaves you longing and drawn back for MOOOOOORE!!! #getyousome

I came to Milk Road Coffee for a midday snack and pick me up. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. I got an iced coffee and what they call a liége, or in other words a yummy, sweet and thick waffle type creation. A little bit pricey but not to worry because the quality and experience is well worth it. The atmosphere is so beautiful and cozy. The girls in there were nice, polite and helpful. Also have a rewards system to get points each time you visit. Definitely coming back!

Great music selection. Super cute atmosphere, little eclectic! The iced coffee was enjoyable, a little too sweet, but that’s because I didn’t specify less sugar, so that was my fault. Their waffles are pretty dope. Definitely a great local joint for a cup of joe!

Stylish decor, fresh ingredients, prepared beautifully, & delicious waffles! The waffles are epic and enough reason to come back themselves. The latte and the tea are absolutely phenomenal. Fresh and prepared 100% Instagram worthy. The inside is so stylish and inviting and they even have some fun board games by their comfy couch.

The atmosphere was so welcoming and pleasing here! The barista and staff knew what they were doing and had reccomendations. The food was perfect and I had my first pour-over since SanFransisco - it was heavenly! What really got me was the emergence to nature in the back, where there is a garden and several outdoor seating options, including small 2 - 4 person sheds for privacy and protection from the weather. I will be taking my friends here when they come to town.

Came here on a few separate occasions and it’s amazingly peaceful and has a great vibe. The waffles are worth the trip and I can attest are made with love. One of the bakers Julie was reading to the dough telling it a bed time story. That’s how much love they put in the waffles. Overall great place and I’ll be coming back without a doubt.

Amazing coffee! Must try their waffles! They roast in house, and we had a pour over which was one of the best cups of joe Ive ever had. Also got an iced latte which was also great. Super sweet baristas and a more than welcoming environment. Plenty of seating outside, great place for a quick snack and meeting with friends.

Absolutely love this hidden gem! Their gingerbread latte is soooo good! Their waffles are AMAZING. They have art on display which is beautiful and available for purchase. The staff is friendly and quick with your order! I’m a Starbucks person but I will pick The Milk Road over Starbucks ANY DAY. Pet-friendly. Great outdoor set up. Will ALWAYS recommend.

I'm not a coffee expert, but the vibes were good here. Coffee has kind of a lightly burnt/roasted taste but maybe that's the intent. Either way I liked it and the orange creamsicle muffin was delicious!

Cute place! A hidden gem in Jacksonville. Gorgeous art on the walls, friendly employees, and amazing coffee. I highly recommend Milk Road. Hands down the best quality coffee I have ever had.

This place is great. We really enjoy their coffee, food, and the overall atmosphere. The patio out back and the little huts are our favorites. It's quiet, and you really can't beat it on a day with nice weather.

I had looked up coffee shops near me and found two, the other one was closer so I went there first (big mistake). That coffee was undrinkable and so I came straight here. Not only did they have way more options but they were so much more polite than the other shop I had first gone to. My oat milk latte was incredible, milk steamed to perfection. They saved my morning. I doubt I will ever be in this area again but if I am I will make a point to stop back in and try out the rice milk or hemp milk!
