This place is always solid. When I have time to stop in on a weekday afternoon for lunch or for dinner after work. Best tacos and salsa in town hands down. I occasionally order delivery and it’s still always so good. I do understand some comments talking about wait times, but during these times I think everyone’s trying to do the best they can. Regardless, the food is always 100.

I’ve been here for years and in the past three months the service has become beyond terrible every time you go in every single waitress has an attitude… The manager has an attitude they don’t like to refund anything but don’t do it right at the first time… Today I ordered over the phone was towed be there in 10 minutes waited 45 minutes for my food to be made around three times… With one table in the entire restaurant. I’m so sick and tired of even trying with this place is getting ridiculous the lady gave me attitude three times and didn’t even know her own menu and I told her I frequently order this I know the exact price when it comes with everything. She proceeds to come back with my order in separate boxes wrong three different times!!!! Rolled her eyes at me and hands me this I just paid $11 for this… Beyond ridiculous

Our service was horrible and so was the food! The food was way overly seasoned and salty! Our server "apparently" put in the wrong order for my daughter. She ordered a grilled chicken breast quesadilla and got greasy slimy shredded chicken one. We told the food runner it was wrong and he said that's how it comes. Clearly not what the menu states. We found another server and told her about it and she put in the correct order, however... it hadn't come out after 20 minutes of waiting and I had to go ask for it. This time my daughter got the right quesadilla, but the Mexican salad and rice was missing! She ordered a refill on her Mr.Pibb and they gave her a refill of coke. Our original server showed up at The End, at which time I asked for the manager. Up until this time, we never saw our server at our table asking if everything was okay, but did observe her sitting at the end of the bar. When the manager came and we told him about Everything, our server started spewing words in Mexican and stormed off! The manager did take the charge for my daughter's 1/2 order off of the bill even though I told him it wasn't necessary, as we only wanted to see the restaurant do better. Total charge came to $37. Server tip...a measly $5! The girl that fixed the order $10. This isn't the first time we have been disappointed here but for certain... it's the last!!!

I was here ((3/1/2022)) & still am in the parking lot super upset. I literally stood in the front entrance to be blatantly ignored!! I asked multiple times to place a Togo order ((I was a walk in & expected a delay as it is taco Tuesday)) all I wanted was an order of queso & a taco…. I got no service. She literally sat 4, yes FOUR other parties, bussed a table, helped at the bar, & even asked other guests, after the four, if they were waiting to be seated. When she went over to a couple that came in at least 10 minutes after me, yet were seated right away, I interrupted & told her I was here well before them & still haven’t had a chance to place an order. She responded saying “the kitchen is backed up” when I repeated that I was there to place an order. She annoyingly rolled her eyes & said oh. After which I said never mind and walked out. I do love their queso but the service I just received makes me truly not want to go back now. We hardly ever get the chance to come as we’re living well over 20 minutes away, but this interacting tonight really rubbed me the wrong way. You guys should treat all guests equally & fairly, also, reacknowledging a guest or asking if they need anything is a great way to make sure your patrons are happy. Please try to remember those who come to wait for their orders rather than sit in the busy restaurant. We matter, too!!

We purchased a to-go order including two orders of the of cheese dip appetizer. The order included no chips with purchase of the cheese dip appetizer so I called and they informed me that I would have to purchase the chips separately even though if you dine inside of the restaurant it includes the chips. I guess management expects people who want cheese dip in their to-go order won’t be eating it with chips ???
