Horrible experience 6/4/2022 at 8:54 pm. The manager was extremely rude to the employee at the window as if he was very frustrated with her. And when I got home, I pulled my Mexican pizzas out of the bag and BOTH of them slid out of the containers! I've never had this bad of an experience there!

I love this taco bell. Do they always get the order right? Nope. (Who does anymore though?) Are they always open at the same time everyday? Also nope. Does that lose the battle for the best taco bell in town? Still no. Always good customer service and the tacos that I DO get are always on point. 10/10 would noms here again.

I like the convenient location and shop at the Home Depot often and like to stop here for a quick Baja Blast soda. The annoying issue is that the soda is usually more consistent with a flavored seltzer water since the syrup/CO2 ratio is often set too low to flavor the drink as it should taste and for almost $3 a soda, that gets expensive, especially when it doesn't taste as it should. I have mentioned this a couple of times to the store workers, but nothing changes. I think it's the owner's way of stretching out the soda syrup to make more profit and that is sketchy!! Talk about marking up to begin with, then cheating the customer further by diluting the soda? They need to take responsibility for this issue and resolve it.

Jason and team are awesome! Very busy night for all restaurants during the Player’s championship. They were slammed and understaffed. I had a very large to go order. Food was great, order was spot on! In a night that could be chaotic, they did a great job and Jason remained calm, friendly, and super attentive to everyone. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't come here again. In the past, they've gotten my order wrong. Consequently, after checking there was no one behind me, I checked what was in my bag before driving off.
Instead of explaining to me about the sensor that is triggered by a vehicle so their performance can be measured, the manager came to the window and rudely told me to drive away.
I told him I was checking my order and there was no one behind me. He sarcasticslly responded that my order was fine and he needed me to leave NOW!
At this point, I started to get angry and he finally revealed that my truck was sitting on a sensor. Of course, I moved immediately only to later find that a taco was missing and the food was cold. Never again.

Went there to get an order replaced from a couple nights ago, spoke to the manager on duty I think his name was jason and he was very helpful. The store manager john was also very helpful and quick to help make the food! Everyone was very friendly. Thank you for making the visit good! Definitely coming back!

Samone- i’m taking the time to write this review because of you. Went into this Taco Bell ordered my lunch. Had added tomatoes to my spicy soft tacos. When I got them they did not have tomato. When I went to check my Mexican pizza for accuracy, it’s slid out of the box and just ruined the whole bag of food
I was pretty upset at that point, went inside to get a refund. Both women at the front, Samone and the other lady who helped me were very kind. She offered to remake the food for me, and I said I really was not interested at that point, I’d rather just have a refund
But I was very taken back when Samone said we’re going to get you a refund and replace the food because that’s what’s right
I had no complaints left at that point. It was above and beyond what I expected, it was a kind gesture. It was the right thing to do, it was super classy. It took me from being unhappy and upset to feeling very grateful that there are still people like her in this world who care enough to take the time to listen to my issues, and actually fix them. Thank you. I will be back to this Taco Bell, if only because I know if anything goes wrong, you are going to get it taken care of. That means something to me. It is worth my business

Terrible service. That white lady with the neck tattoo is a disgrace to TACO. She should be FIRED for lying when I asked for the food. The food was done and she had it hidden from view. When I asked what happened to the food, she said, "I handed that order." She did not. It was at the metal counter. She didn't apologized but rather she was rude and nasty. TACO administration needs to do a better job in hiring incompetent people like her who treats people terrible..
