Outback Steakhouse

T was our server... She was booked up, but took us anyways! We had a good laugh or two! Her drink suggestions were very good! I got the blueberry lemonade with lavender and substituted with tequila which was excellent!! My partner and I enjoyed the ambience of the atmosphere and Especially our blooming onion! Thanks for taking such good care of us! To mark see you again...

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My husband and I came here on the sixth. To start, our waitress was awful. In the middle of introducing herself, she picked up her tip from the table behind us and started counting it. As we ordered, she did not acknowledge that we were ordering. We had to ask her if she got what we said. When I asked where the sides were, she sarcastically said “on the menu”. Yes OF COURSE they’re on the menu. In the middle of us ordering our food, she turned away from the table a second time to talk to another table. Once we ordered, we waited about 45 minutes before asking about our food. We noticed that people that walked in with us had already eaten and left. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to “check” on our food in the back. Once she can back out, she told us that the were on the “new system” and the “system was down”. How was the system down when others around us were getting their food? Why did she not alert us earlier if the system was down? Would the grills stop working if the system was down? She blatantly lied about forgetting our order. I don’t mind being patient for our food. I don’t appreciate being lied to. She did not comp our meal or even apologize. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food. We are extremely disappointed with our experience.

This particular location is exceptional in food quality and service in comparison to other locations throughout Jacksonville. Everyone here, staff wise, is very friendly and if you've been there once they remember who you are and are quick to ensuring your needs are taken care of! I have ordered take out a few times here and Christian has always been on top of it when it comes to making sure my order is taken care of and organized in a timely manner! And Brittany has always made sure to take care of me when I come in too! I will continue to order from this location and come in when I can as often as I can! Thank you outback staff for being the people that you are!

Omg!! It’s really sad that you can't get a good dinner out. We had the blooming onion which was greasy an not very warm. Order the Victoria steaks med an one came with fries steak was cooked good but barely hot an the fries cold. The other steak ordered medium an came overdone an tough. Let server know an she said she would send manager over. She finally came after I had eaten potato only. The baked potato was great. Along with the bread. Perfect. They did cook another steak to take home with a potato an took one steak dinner off bill. We appreciated it however would have rather had it cooked correctly in the beginning an paid for it. It sure if we will return.

Trent Windham, was one of the best servers, he made sure our food was served on time, and that we kept refills on drinks and had the best experience at Outback. It was first time eat. Very respectful, patient and made sure he had order right. All around great server and person. Would love to see more people like him in restaurant, I would come more often.

My wife, son, his girlfriend, and I dropped by earlier tonight for dinner. We had a very good experience. Jake went out of his way to take care of us. Our steaks were perfectly prepared - as were our sides. Jake kept our (soft) drinks filled. The manager, Judith, was actively engaged in helping servers and checked on us several times. We will definitely be back!
