Terrible customer service. Walked up to the counter and the cashier stared at me blankly without saying anything. So I just went ahead and said what I wanted. He then jumped on the line, made two orders for people who came in after me and then mine. Then he made my order wrong by adding sugar. The drink I ordered comes without sugar and it was so cloyingly sweet that it was obvious. I asked him if he made the drink with sugar. He said no, clearly a lie. Will never go back to this location.

The service was horrible. Almost 20mins on a smoothie. People ordering after me got theirs. The cashier said I very very rude! Not attentive at all. Actually skipped over me and confused the other customers in line. Also I think you are putting your employees and customers in danger when you allow them to count their cash register down at the front door. Plz revisit that policy.

Very disappointed. I go to Tropical Smoothie frequently in Jax. I always get the same wrap and this location made it incorrectly, corrected it when I pointed it out and, even after correcting it, it was still very poorly made. They argued they were only allowed to put a certain amount of ingredients on the wrap. There was literally less than a teaspoon of humus and maybe a tablespoon of avocado and it was a Hummus Veggie Wrap! I have never had one made that poorly and I have had dozens from numerous locations in several states.
