We’re still fairly new to the area, but locals suggested this location and we’re glad they did. Restaurant was clean, service was great and food was hot and delicious. I tried the Penman Bennie. It was good, but I think I’ll stick with the regular Eggs Benedict next time. My husband had the breakfast burrito. The burrito wrap was soft and flaky, full of meats and eggs. The sides were seasoned and hot. Our waitress made great suggestions and checked on us consistently. We will most certainly return to Penman Diner!
Went here per the recommendation of a young Neptune Beach resident. It did not disappoint. Healthy serving of an open face roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My bud got the pastrami sandwich which was huge! Sweet tea helped wash it all down. Will be back. Yes, it was my first time.
Best eggs benedict that I've ever had. Service was great and Madison our server was wonderful! Honestly would have given a 5/5 stars but I wasn't crazy about the hash browns with onions. They were a little overcooked and dry, otherwise loved everything!
The start was a little rocky with our waitress however she ended up coming around. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was amazing. I had a homemade chicken salad sandwich with some rocking potato salad and out of this world homemade fries. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The meat actually had kicking flavor. Prices were awesome too. One tea one Mr. Pibb one sandwich with side one bacon cheeseburger with fries and a side of homemade fries was 26 bucks. Definitely will be back soon.

Great breakfast.
Ordered the 222 breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes. My wife ordered the 2 egg breakfast and substituted 1 pancake for toast - that was best idea because you get hash browns.

My family and I are regulars here. The staff is so friendly. The food is delicious and don’t let me get started on the coffee. It’s the best coffee! If you’re looking for good food, a great atmosphere and good music then this is the place!
