Found a bug in my ice coffee this morning, no way it could’ve gotten in there after it was handed to me because it was at the top of the drink just floating next to the straw. Tried calling the store and no one answered so maybe someone will see it this way. Didn’t want any compensation but just annoyed that I couldn’t let them know because people can get sick like this if they aren’t watching what goes in our drinks or food.

Always in drive through line and one line is moving the other one no one pays attention to. If it's broken fine put a sign or something but no the people before us ordered just fine

Stopped there twice on the way home from my fish camp. I ordered a medium chocolate shake both times. Both times the said the milk shake machine was broke. (?)

Lady behind the counter was extremely rude because me nor the four other paying customers wanted to or knew how to use the new computer system to order our food!!!
