This is our go to Bagel spot. We typically don't order sandwiches or coffee, just a dozen bagels to go and often we will pick up some of their specialty cream cheeses. Bagels are always on point. Crispy outside, tender inside. They have some interesting new flavors as well as the old stand bys. Customer service, in my experience, has always been great. Recently went into the shop near closing time and service was still above and beyond.

They advertise gluten free bagels, I got so excited! I order one only to find out they are not fresh gluten free bagels, they are ones they order and are frozen! Also they use the toaster that they use for regular bagels. I’m sorry but if you advertise gluten free bagels they should really have a separate toaster! Also they should mention that the gluten free ones are not made fresh like the regular! So disappointed!

Great bagels and nice people but the amount of cream cheese on the bagel was pathetic. I could barely taste it and it was the same with my egg and cheese on a bagel. Please don't skimp the ingredients that makes people want to purchase your food. Bagels were fresh and soft and service was good.

The staff denied me to use the bathroom. Just the free coffee is very good. That's why local bussines doesn't survive . No good service no good food . Thanks anyway.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place every time I place an order they screw up. I truly believe they do not know how to read a simple order ticket. how is this place still in business they should be ashamed of themselves, close shop. Do yourself a favor and try a different bagel shop.
