Best service ever! 10 �s
We are truck drivers and we have traveled ALL U.S. and we have never seen such excellent service in a Wendy's. Young lady verbalizing the orders and motivating the team to get orders out. Our order was correct. Cashier was great. Lady cleaning the tables and making sure everything was in order and clean. Line was really long before and after we were served, when line was down employees came from behind the counter to check on customers and ask if they needed anything else. Fantastic service! Keep it up. Kudos to the whole team even on the ones behind the scenes.
I had just drove up from Florida alone & was going on to Chickamauga, Ga. The girls were very polite & was sorry I had to wait because they don't cook ahead. I told them that was fine & that I was just tired.. I got chicken strips & frys & they were very good.
This restaurant is located inside of a Truckstop. It's small and busy.
Service is fast and friendly.
They do not honor the rewards system unless you have a card(?).
The app only allows for scanning and while it gives the option of loading a reward onto a card, I don't know how to find it in the app.
The scanner sits on the counter within reach of paying customers, however, I was told it only scans bar codes. So once again, I couldn't use a reward, no could I get points.
I will again try the points recovery form found in the app.
The Wendy's and the Pilot is located in the same building. Passing thru the area, quick stop for some lunch. The wait time was a bit lengthy in the drive thru, but the service was good and the food was fresh. I would recommend.
The food was fine and the staff were friendly, but this is the slowest location I've ever been to. Regardless of how busy they are, you're gonna wait a while for your food.
