White Butterfly

I was here last Saturday with my husband and three kids for dinner and we really enjoyed it! I love the outdoor atmosphere and we were lucky enough to experience the free live music in the background while we ate. the food tasted very fresh which is hard to find in many places in the area. My kids loved the desserts and we had a great time. I will absolutely be there again for another night of family bonding!

Went for breakfast on 8/25. Food was good but when I was done I sat there for almost a half hour waiting for a check. The place got crowded and they only had one girl working the tables. finally got someones attention and they got the girl to bring a check. Waited another 10 minutes and she never came back. so I left money with no tip, something I never do. I like the place and have been there many times. They need more help and better help.

This place is beautiful but the food was okay. Not outstanding. I could do it at home. If they're going to have a small menu then everything should be done really well. Also available. We ordered paninis and you have 2 options for a side. They were out of both options and the substitute was macaroni salad, which isn't even listed on the menu. I was looking forward to the chickpea salad and my boyfriend the German potato salad. But we were stuck with macaroni salad with no other alternative. There were 2 waitress, who both kept serving us or bringing the check. We werent sure who our waitress was. It wasn't crowded, 3 other tables. They were nice, but not welcoming and maybe inexperienced, needed better communication with us and each other. We were never asked how things were, just brought our food and the check. The table behind us was asked 3 times. And had to flag someone down for more water. The atmosphere is great, with it you're expecting great food and service, but it didn't deliver. I hope they kick it up a notch cause I would go all the time it's so cute and relaxing and no place looks like it around the area.

Wife and I went here for dinner during the summer on a cool night. The atmosphere is fun and cool, there was a band playing and the seating outside was nice. They have a few tables with the fireplaces in the center so you can order some drinks and just hangout. We sat at a high table and the food was good. It's mainly sandwiches and finger foods, they cook in a small cart outside near where you eat. I wouldn't order anything but a samich as I can't imagine how they cook anything in that small cart. As I said, the food was good! The cous-cous side was awesome! Decent amount of food for the price and it's a "clean" food experience. I would go back again but in the summer months as sitting outside is nice and the inside area only seats a handful of people. The drinks were good as well. Low rating only because they have a limited menu and while the food was good, only the cous-cous was excellent. I would go back though.

I went there last night on a Thursday with just 2 people. As we walked by to our seats, I could see the cook in the kitchen open a bag of chips with his mouth and place the chips on a plate to be served. Not a great start. We were brought our drinks and then the waitress never came back for over 20 minutes. Another group over 6 people came, got seated, with drinks, wine and wine glasses, and had their order taken before our waitress even came back to our table. Then she returned and said I am sorry, I forgot all about you. Rude. We took our check for two ice teas that we never drank because they were terrible and left. I will never come back here, its a shame because we had heard good things.

Me and my family were really disappointed with the White Butterfly Cafe. First of all, they brought us coffee in to go cups, and not mugs. The food was REALLY BAD. The croissant sandwich was flat, instead of flaky and airy like a croissant should be. It also had a Jimmy Dean sausage patty inside. The chicken nuggets my daughter ordered were the spongy white meat, taken from a Tyson frozen bag. We ordered banana Nutella crapes, and the waitress told us they had ran out of bananas. We then tried to order waffles instead, but they were out of waffles... We then tried to order pancakes, but they were also out of pancakes!!! We were also disappointed with the bacon. They served us bacon that was flat, dry and brittle, and all stuck together.
