Always try something new on menu and always happy with meal. Last visit we had gotten some more than done fried pickles. To say the least. The waitress was ready and willing to get a fresh batch without our asking to then explain she wanted us to enjoy the full correct flavors. It was much appreciated. And did absolutely make the difference on us ordering them again! Thank.you!

First time here at The Dirty Bird. There’s a parking lot across the street so that’s already a plus. The place has a very live vibe. There’s TV to watch sports/news. There’s outside seating if you want to feel Jackson, Michigan breeze :). Food: the food was good but nothing different that I’ve had somewhere else. A lot of fried and finger foods. The chicken was cooked well. Super crispy outside and tender inside. I ordered some fried shrimp it was not what I expected, looked like something from a fast food restaurant (they can do better), however the sauce they added was made it much better. Loved the pretzel. Drinks: they have lots to choose from so that’s a plus if that’s what you came for! Service/Staff: very, very friendly. I love when staff makes you feel welcome. Our waitress was super friendly I wish I got her name. But you may not see her when you come because she moving ;). Overall was a three and a half star experience. Food was a three and service was five.

My husband and I went on Saturday for dinner. There was a wait for a table, but it wasn't long, and they'll give you a call so you can stroll downtown while you wait. He had a chicken Caesar wrap and I enjoyed the tenders with the house sauce. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted very well. The server was friendly, and efficient. The only complaint I could make was that it was very loud-like, couldn't hear our server loud. But, it has a fun bar atmosphere, and we enjoyed our visit and would definitely return!

First time having the food. We order 20 bone-in wings with 4 different sauces & an order of onion rings. Everything was pretty good. Four stars only because the wings were all in the same box with the 4 different sauces & the portion of onion rings was about 5. Would order again & try something different.
