I must commend Popeyes' staff this morning. My drive-thru experience was exceptional! I didn't wait long to order nor receiving food. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. Oh my gosh, my chicken was fresh and my mash potatoes tasted like they were freshly mashed 🤣🤣. I am posting a picture because this chicken is BEAUTIFUL and it is seasoned well.

Terrible experience. All the menu monitors were not working. I wanted spicy tenders. They didn't have any. I bought mild tenders and it wasn't fully cooked and extra greasy. The fountain drinks were not calibrated properly. I didn't have much time for lunch, I expected a great lunch. Exact opposite....

They have to be the most polite of all the Popeyes I've visited!! I chose curbside today instead of drive thru on the app as I only get 30m for lunch and I often sit in their drive thru 15-25min. Curbside worked out great! Although I often get white meat but order dark meat they are super kind and hospitable so I enjoy visiting here! My food today however, was exactly as ordered! Thanks y'all! 🙂

I just went here today on April 26 at around 2 something I ordered two three pieces along with two red beans and rice. They served me old chicken and it tasted sour they really need to do better than this they need to serve fresh chicken because people work too hard for their money to be getting served like this this was my first and last time at this location. Someone can really get sick behind eating this old chicken I threw everything away

Went to Popeyes in Jackson Mississippi.
Never neen treated that bad. Wanted t.o order take away at 9.00 pm. Got sent out told we can only order in drive through. Tried to order but rudest person I've ever met actually said we dont want to serve you and
everything is sold out
Than she just switched of the communication. Disgusting bad service. Staff should be sacked ..

Going to a chain you expect a certain level of quality, taste. The chicken was super funky and nothing like I had ever gotten before from a Popeyes. We had to throw it out for fear of getting sick.

Just don't get the shrimp basket!!!! I can't believe Popeyes serving shrimp sprinkles. Now the chicken sandwich is wonderful and the wings are small but still one of their best meals.

Rude manager wasn't trying to fix the problem from my mobile order that they couldn't find one of the cooks or front counter lady was more interesting in my order than the manager she was so nice I wish I look at name tag. Rude manager telling me to keep moving my car up so they forget about me I work restaurant too. On the app I complain and the problem was resolved with a refund.Thank You App!! JUST RUDE MANAGER RUDE RUDE RUDE Go find u some communication skills I see why u working at window cause your employees probably left cause cause her stank attitude just rude manager never coming back to that location rude rude
